It was my first visit to the hair factory today, I've walked passed it a few times before and often thought it looked nice and finally got around to booking my first appointment this week. Today I had wash , cut, blow dry and straighten from Rachel. Rachel was very friendly and informative, taking care to find out what products would beat suit my hair and what my own hair care routine is. I was very pleased with the end result and have already booked my next appointment. Thank you Rachel and hair factory, I will definitely be recommending you to friends and family ?

I was nervous coming to the salon as I'd had my hair cut by the same lady since I was 8 and had some terrible experiences in some other salons. Jody, who came highly recommended by my sister, put me at ease immediately. She gave me excellent advice, a wonderful haircut and coloured my hair really nicely. Despite the fact that my colour involved some bleaching, my hair feels softer and in better shape than when I arrived. The blow-dry Jody did lasted three days, looking absolutely perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend The Hair Factory and especially Jody. She provided excellent customer service, made my hair look gorgeous and was generally very professional and kind. Thank you so, so much.

Excellent , professional conversation regarding hair colour , my views listened to and guidance given . Result was super ! My hair looked great , the colour was perfect . All staff were COvid safe and respectful of clients wishes . Friendly atmosphere and respect shown to all staff and clients .

Leaving work on a hot Wednesday afternoon a thought strayed into my head. Will I be able to find somewhere for a haircut at such short notice? Frantically I phoned a number of salons around colchester until the hair factory were able to sate my need. Long story short, good hair cut, good people, good time.
