After 2 years of not attending salon, I went to see Rachel my hairdresser for about 18years now. And once again she performed her magic and has made me feel like me again.
She is absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend her enough.
The salon felt safe and all staff are so friendly I would not go anywhere else.

This is SUCH a friendly salon. I feel known, and I certainly feel that my hair is understood. Martin listens to what I want and knows just how to deliver it. His cutting is exceptional - I know at least five people who have become his clients after seeing my hair. Beyond this, reception and the girls who wash are all delightful. Julie runs a happy ship at the Hair Factory; I would recommend it to anyone.

Martin gives very good service I'm always pleased but the person
who washes the hair not so,that's the reason I stop having my hair coloured at the salon.i'm sorry to say this she washed my hair today and it's not as good as the other girls.

Fantastic hair cut by Martin as always. Falls into place whenever I manage it myself and always has. After many years of Martin cutting my hair I am very grateful for the uplift this gives in trying to make the best of ourselves at whatever our age. The salon is friendly clean safe and welcoming. Highly recommend a visit.
