There is always a family feel in this salon, they give you the personal touch by offering drinks and head massage. I love it there and I had a phobia of hairdressers!

Had my hair cut by Martin. I have long curly hair and he is a genius with it. As anyone with curly hair knows, you need a hairdresser who cuts with your hair. Been happily having my hair cut by him for years. Get compliments on my hair. Thoroughly recommend.

This was my 3rd haircut since lock down ended. The salon feels very safe and hygienic. The staff are amazing and my hair always looks much better after Rachel has cut it. Thank you ?

First excellent covid precautions. Then my hair colour cut and blow dry were of the usual high standard. Very pleased with whole experience highly recommended.

I saw Julie for the first time yesterday. Julie listened patiently as I explained I’d lost my hair mojo and we discussed the restyle. As Julie worked, she was happy to pause and answer any questions. The result at the end of just over an hour (inc the consultation) was a miracle. I looked and felt great and feel totally confident about how to manage my hair going forward. Covid protocols / one way system absolutely flawless. Big thank you to Julie for giving me my confidence back. Next visit hilites!

We were very well looked after today for my daughter's haircut. The salon had lots of precautions in place, we were greeted and asked immediately to wash hands, all staff were in PPE, customer numbers had been carefully controlled and this all led to a really reassuring and professional feeling, putting us at ease straight away.
The stylist did a fabulous cut for my daughter, she was very patient and really made her feel special.
All in all a great salon experience!

I have been coming to the Hair Factory for a few years now and always have a great experience with Rachel. I'm happy to let her "play" and she always gives me a great cut. I like something a little different and she is totally on my wavelength. I have a natural curl/ wave which she works with brilliantly. Would thoroughly recommend!

Service was as usual extremely good & felt safe at all times

Couldn’t have asked for better service.
One way in (through the back door) met at the door and asked to wash hands and supplied with a mask.
Julie, my hairdresser, washed and cut my hair so you only deal with one person. You then exit through the front door.
Yes the experience wasn’t the same as normal but I felt completely safe.

After 4 months without a hair cut it was great seeing Martin again and, as always. I came away with a great cut. So professional.
