As per usual and despite the Covid safety measures a great service

My first venture out except for shopping and I was very impressed with how The Hair Factory had organised everything to ensure safety, hygiene and social distancing was maintained throughout the salon.

Very excited to come and get my hair cut by Martin today. Salon very efficient as always and newly painted made it feel a fresh start in these strange times. Lovely new hair cut from Martin and feel so much better now, thank you very much.

After 4 long months, I finally got my hair cut today!! I feel human again. Thank you, Rachel, for the fabulous haircut and for making me feel safe.

Always enjoy my visit to The Hair Factory and thanks to Julie’s thoughtful consideration and attention to detail, it was still a great SAFE experience and goes without saying I left with awesome hair!

I was met at the door with a warm welcome and shown to the bathroom where I could wash my hands, I wasn’t left alone but accompanied so I felt very comfortable. I was then taken to my stylist James who was welcoming and waiting for me. I felt completely looked after, I wasn’t rushed but provided for with a mask gloves etc in a little bag given to me before he started. James looked after me as he usually does that made me feel really relaxed cared for and professionally treated. It was a delight and I left thinking ‘when can I go back’

I was greeted by my stylist, immediately reassured about all.the additional measures in place and felt instantly at ease. Everything was immaculate and extremely well thought out. I am always delighted with the results whenever I have my hair cut or coloured at The Hair Factory. They always listen to what I want, offer great advice and today as always I came away with a beautiful new cut and feeling ten years younger!

8.00 am first appointment with Martin today after 5 months !. Professional personal wonderful service as always.......can't stop looking at my lovely new cut.. Everything in place to keep everyone safe ?. As always, very happy thank you....

I'm a regular customer but only popped in for a fringe trim. Was reassured by the measures the team have put in place to provide as safe an environment as possible in this serious time. The fringe trim was also awesome.

She is really so very kind and knowledgeable about colouring and the new latest trend colours. I loved my haircut ..really textured on top so it has great movement and funky style!

.... and it won’t be the last! Rachel took time to talk to me about my hair and how I wanted it to look for the occasion I was attending. She washed, trimmed it where it needed and blow dried and styled it perfectly. It looked fab!

Love my hair cut. I have long curly hair and Martin does beautiful hair cuts. Been having my hair cut by him for years. Think I would cry if he couldn't cut it anymore. Lovely friendly and professional salon, highly recommend it.

I’ve been getting my hair cut by Julie on and off since I was a kid, and she never disappoints. I actually now plan my trips back home to visit my parents just so she can cut my hair, since I live in London! She’s also doing my wedding hair in June - can’t wait!

An excellent cut, as always, thank you! Rachel has been colouring and cutting my hair for years and I would highly recommend her to anyone. She has done equally fab cuts for both my children. A lovely, friendly salon. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Julie yet again worked her magic, I have very curly hair which most hairdressers fail to tame, not the guys at the hair factory! They always do a great job and never make me look like a poodle!

Rachel has cut, Styled, coloured and rescued my hair on and off over a number of years, I always end up returning to her as her attention to detail, knowledge and excellent blow drying skills and believe me I have difficult hair that many stylists struggle with are second to none. She always makes me welcome, has a great personality and answers my numerous questions with patience. A relaxing salon that makes you feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door. Highly Recommended.

I've loved my recent colour but sadly, as it was light and bright, the regrowth showed too soon. Rachel seems to have solved the problem - thanks to her knowledge and experience we're trying a new shade and technique. So far I'm very pleased and grateful for her thoughful approach.

Martin has cut my hair fantastically for more years than either I or he probably care to remember. I only trust Martin with my hair. This time I had the salon to myself as it's normally closed on Monday, so we were able to have a good conversation.
