Friendly place with skilled staff. I have long straight hair, which makes cutting errors visible, so I choose Hob to avoid any drama. Sheramin is chatty and positive which makes difference to my stressful day-to-day tasks. The rexeption is also great, so 5 stars for the team from me.

I’ve been there a few times now, and every time I ask for the same thing-
A bob that’s considerably longer at the front and shorter at the back.
I always get a straight bob and end up looking like a mushroom. I’ve tried several stylists, always same result. I've given the same brief elsewhere and gotten what I asked for. Never at Hob.
Why do I go back? Because I always leave it too late and book wherever on the high street there’s an available appointment.
Not doing that again this time. They do give nice cuts for my daughter and husband. Maybe it’s short cuts they don’t do well.

She was lovely she cut my 10 year old daughters hair & diffused it for 2 min ( I already asked for no blowdry) I was charged for 13-18 year old cut & a blow dry- they want to now see passport identification to prove she’s under 13 - she’s in primary school! Also I wouldn’t class a 2min diffuse a blowdry- and when asked the receptionist about this she told me it was!

He really cares and wants you to walk away with the best hair style for you. He’s a bit of a perfectionist, but that’s what you want in a hair stylist. Dan colours my hair (red balayage so quite complicated) and gives me a great cut that lasts!

Beth put us all at ease as we trouped into the salon as a family with a nervous 16 year old for her first blonde transformation.
