Amazing professional service. Daniel is so lovely. He really knows his trade in hairdressing. Lovely head massage as well while conditioner was working on my hair. I’m so pleased with my colour and restyle. Love it. Booked him again before I left the shop. But to be fair all the staff were lovely including the receptionist who was very thorough sweeping the floor clean and making sure everything was clean in the salon. I was there at 8am. Thank you

First time have visited a salon since lockdown. All of the staff were friendly, polite and professional.
My stylist Sheramin knew exactly how to 'fix' my home cut and suggested ways to keep my style through out the day.
Very pleased with the results.
Will definitely be returning for my Christmas trim.

Having had a really poor experience in the Loughton branch this was a breath of fresh air! Beth was super attentive as were her interns, I was made comfortable and well refreshed throughout, I was constantly checked to see if I was ok, the shop was busy and well presented, Beth showed amazing product knowledge, was fantastic and a real pleasure. The results of the treatment are a game changer and I will definitely be re booking with her! Thank you for a great service and customer experience Beth x

Daniel has cut my hair twice now, both times were fantastic!! He has styled and shaped my style and is really skilled as a stylist. He is also great for suggesting what would be nice , so I trust him now with whatever he recommends. I fly over from Dublin for each appointment as it’s well worth it!
