Olivia created a gorgeous copper balayage, the result was exactly what I wanted. Willows hair is a lovely salon, I would 100% recommend Olivia.

Liv absolutely transformed my hair today. She completely understood what I was after and nailed it. Love my hair ❤️

The salon is really lovely, nicely decorated, super clean and all the staff are friendly.
Olivia is amazing at what she does, her attention to detail is outstanding and she listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered. She advised me about what was best for my hair to keep it healthy and advised on after care too.
She is friendly, chatty and so easy to get on with. she put me at ease and made me feel comfortable and relaxed, which is exactly what I want from a salon experience!

My second colour didn't turn out the way I hoped but still looks nice.
A tad expensive but have already booked for a other appointment

I was greeted by my stylist Olivia who sat me down and went through some images for colours and a cut. Olivia was very knowledgable with her colours . We agreed on the exact cols and cuts. Cassie made me a lovely Cappachino and I felt very relaxed. Olivia gave me exactly what I wanted and we spoke about what I would have done on my next visit. Thank you to the willows in gosfield it’s a little hidden gem!

I've been to the Salon a few times now and I never leave disappointed. Olivia is incredible!! I know my hair is in safe hands. I feel completely relaxed. I cant rave about Olivia and the salon enough!!

It is always a pleasure to visit this salon. I go every 8 weeks for a cut n colour. Samthe owner maintains a professional high standard throughout the salon from staff to cleaning. Sam and Cassie go that extra mile for you and certainly have since reopening. Both Sam and Cassie are very talented hairdressers as well as lovely people.

A great setting and friendly customer service. This was my first trip to Willows hairdressers and I enjoyed every minute. The staff care about their customers. Cassie listened when I explained what I wanted from a hairstyle and she explained exactly what steps she was going to take before applying them. I was able to sit outside whilst I waited for the colour to take, which was relaxing. The staff have created a calm and therapeutic space which I have not experienced previously. They are trully good at their art and care greatly about the customer. I love my hair and have been given tips on styling and washing to get the best from it. I had a lovely time with fab people and I now have the hairstyle I wanted. Thank you Cassie.

Another lovely visit with the added benefit of a lovely cappuccino. Went for a darker shade this time as discussed with Olivia and she didn’t disappoint. Left the salon feeling a million dollars. Thank you Olivia x

I had got my dates mixed up and come in on completely the wrong day. But Olivia was able to fit me in and as usual, did an amazing job. She’ll always come up with different ideas and I completely trust her with my hair.

Olivia saved the day, after having a bad experience in another salon, Olivia not only made me an appointment for the next morning she took time to discuss what could be achieved with my hair and did a beautiful cut which I had so many compliments about at work that afternoon, will definitely be going back. After another salon ruined my hair and then overcharged me for the privilege, I wanted to find someone nice who would work with me to get my hair back to where it was before lockdown and what the other salon did. Olivia is so lovely and she listens to what I want, she knows what she’s talking about and her Instagram photos of her work (including my hair!) speak for themselves. The salon is also nice and calming….I just hope Olivia never leaves! ??☺️

Olivia understood exactly what I wanted. And knew whether it was achievable. From the initial consult she has been amazing. I’m beyond happy with the results. I highly recommend her as a colourist and stylist.

This was my first visit to the salon, it is a lovely little salon set in beautiful surroundings. Olivia cut and coloured my hair, she totally understood what I wanted done. I have to say this is the best cut I have had, my hair has been so easy to style afterwards and falls perfectly back into shape again. Really pleased with my colour and cut, and I will be seeing Olivia again for my next cut ?
