Olivia is such a good colourist and stylist. She knew exactly what I needed to help keep my colour looking fresh and vibrant, whilst cleverly covering the greys. She’s also gave me a fabulous blow dry too. Very pleased with the result and I’ll looking forward to my next visit.

My first ever time coming to a salon to get my hair done and Olivia made me feel so comfortable! I wasn’t sure on what I really wanted with my hair I just wanted a change and Olivia put it all into action and the final result was amazing! Such a good price also and really professional I also left with some shampoo & conditioner for my newly done hair which Olivia again advised on what sort of shampoo and conditioner to use as I mentioned I wanted some new ones!

I thought Cassie took my thoughts into everything she did, the outcome bieng a style that I wanted done. Cassie then explained what I could achieve in the timescale and if I needed more sessions to achieve the look, in my case she managed to achieve perfection on the first visit.

After lockdown I was in some desperate TLC on hair and a friend has recommended Willows. I was no disappointed. My stylist (Olivia) was extremely friendly and professional. I am thrilled with my cut and colour and cant wait for my next appointment. I was recommended this salon.

I was so excited to finally get my hair sorted out after lockdown and Sam didn’t disappoint! So pleased with my cut and nothing was too much trouble!

I’ve been having my hair cut and coloured at Willows for a few years now. When I first visited the Salon Sam looked after me and made it her mission to sort out my hair colour with professionalism, advice, patience and enthusiasm. All the staff are so friendly, relaxed and welcoming (they even showed me how to use my new iPhone!), You never have to wait to be seated for your appointment. The salon is clean and cosy with a lovely relaxing hair wash room. The after-wash massage is amazing! I have been to many hair salons but this one is a hidden gem, Sam actually cares about your hair as if it was her own. I will never go anyway else.

Sam the owner has worked incredibly hard over the years to set up this salon. Her attention to her clients (and staff) is incredible. She is professional but also personable, caring and friendly. She looked after me for many years and I was very happy. When she was able to open the 1st time during lockdown she was able to fit me and introduce me to Cassie as I was desperate for a cut and colour. I now gave been to Cassie twice and I am delighted with her. This is a reflection of Sam's standards which she upholds by recruiting a fantastic new stylist to her team. Well done. Great small salon!!!!
