Found the salon experience great. Charlie took time to tell me everything she was doing. And different ways of styling. Salon very relaxing. No radio on. Nice relaxing sounds. Felt very pampered and happy on leaving. All staff really care about hair with a passion.

Always a lovely 2 hrs of pamper , amazing head massage , amazing hair cut and highlights always feel so relaxed on leaving the salon ,wonderful coffee too thank you

Her confidence shows through in the process - foils, washing, head massage (lovely), cutting, styling etc. And I love that she always adds a bit of extra fun to the final hairdo - extra finishes, curls, body etc. And shows you how to do it. Very happy.

I went back to have my colour/roots yesterday with Liv H, I had such a wonderful and relaxing visit. Liv H explained everything she was doing she is such a lovely, warm and funny person, so genuine and friendly and puts you at ease. My colour was the best I have ever had done, my hsir is so soft too I love my hair now and feel confident in myself, work colleagues have all asked where I got my hair done as they cant believe the change. I don't know what else to say but a BIG Thank you Liv H and the Willows. ❤️ xx

Wow, what a lovely hairdressers, I had Liv H cut my hair, I felt a bit down when I arrived due to another hairdressing chain not giving me a good cut, when I left the willows I felt uplifted and so relaxed and Liv H gave me my confidence back with my hair cut, she done an amazing job, my hair is softer too,can't wait to go back to get my colour. I would highly recommend The willows.
