Haven't had my nails done with Jess before. Very pleased with them.

A lovely young lady, we had a nice chat and a laugh!

Today I had a facial and new set of gels. The facial was nice. However I found it hard to get up on the couch. The couch wasn't wide enough for me. I could not get comfortable because my arms were falling down at the sides. I had to hold my hands. I did not feel fully relaxed. This would have been better if I could have had my arms at the side. Eminae was good but the equipment needs to be better.

Eminae did a fantastic job of my gels. I would highly recommend her.

Cristina did my highlights which look absolutely incredible, exactly what i wanted which is perfect because i got my hair done for my 18th birthday! and Connie did my cut and blow dry and she did an incredible job, she did exactly what i wanted but so much better. they are both extremely talented and have clearly took the time to perfect there craft. Amazing job!!

So happy with the outcome of my hair appointment of full head of highlights. Sasha was polite, informative and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Service was good, got a child cut and finish as wasn’t able to make the curling style slots as was going to a prom. I asked nicely and he kindly said he would curl them but would be an extra £10 which was fine. By time I left town after an hour all my curls had dropped and were barely visible. So it was a good experience but sadly the curls didn’t last for my prom and paid £48.

Lindsay always deliver an excellent service and always with a smile. The girls at the front are also lovely.

Brilliant service. Lee cut my daughter's hair first. He was really good with her, she can be a fidget but he managed to keep her still and entertained. I wasn't fully sure on how to have my hair cut, he advised me on what he felt would be a good cut to suit my type of hair. I trusted his judgement and let him work his magic. He made sure I was happy with the cut we had agreed on. He also gave me advice on how I could style my hair at home.

Very enthusiastic young lady, very caring and knows her stuff.
