New customer, very nervous coming to a new salon, a new stylist and a restyle. However, Bianca welcomed me and I instantly felt relaxed.
I have a very poor hair condition and she was very helpful with advice and products.

I had a lovely treat with getting my hair shampooed and dried. The head massage was amazing!

A terrible hair cut. I appreciate that he agreed to give me an appointment at short notice as I was attending a wedding (at very short notice). We agreed that he would cut the back then trim the fringe but he cut my hair very short with clippers at the sides. The section by my ears were cut almost to the top of my ear and very square, with a very square fringe. I hate it, can't style at all because it is so short and am left feeling very embarrassed and anxious. I work in a people facing role and am very uncomfortable meeting people with my hair looking like this. I know you won't do anything with this but hopefully it will.prevent someone else having a similar experience.

As soon as I walked through the door I was made to feel welcome and has a very relaxing atmosphere. Always feel comfortable and at ease with Claire.

Another excellent visit with Alec colouring my hair and Pasquale giving my hair a well deserved trim.

It was the best experience I've had since moving to harlow, previous hairdresser didnt really listen to what I wanted whereas sarah was spot on. Definitely be going back.

Lucy was wonderful, really professional and supportive throughout my experience. I have been coming a few times now and the service has been wonderful every time but Lucy made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout. All the other staff and front of house people are all so welcoming and friendly. Will be booking again, if only I had more time I would attend regularly. Thank you all at AG, best wishes Jack x

We was originally going to do a copper colour but because of money I couldn’t afford it, so she helped me choose something that would be in my price range and absolutely smashed it!
She always makes me feel like a 10/10!
