Michelle was my hero today!
After presenting to her my lifeless hair, I was desperate for a much needed makeover and Michelle just delivered!
I have asked her to please help me and bring my hair back to life with a natural blonde/caramel looking balayage and I was back 5 years ago when my hair used to shine.
She would always listen and take into consideration any of my comments or suggestions (I’m very opinionated!)…
Thanks to her amazing work, professionalism and personality the result was fantastic!
She offered refreshments and was always making l sure I was comfortable.
Plus had some amazing her massage!!

I was extremely impressed with Sasha's expertise in washing, cutting and drying my hair. I was 'blown away' by the finished result, it was so perfect, i didn't even know my hair could be that shiny and bouncy. Thank you so much and i will be seeing you again!

My 1st visit today and Lee was my allocated stylist. Lee was pleasant and listened to what I was hoping for in terms of a re style. I felt so comfortable with Lee and loved the finished cut and styling.

I saw Sarah today for my first colour. I am aiming to go lighter to blend more with grey. I showed Sarah what I am aiming to achieve and she was able to explain the process needed. From arriving to leaving sarah was professional and supportive. I am so pleased with the colouring progress and care and attention shown by Sarah.
