Novo Hair

As always, Nicola cuts and styles my hair exactly as I like it. She’s excellent.
The only problem today was the hairwash trainee who needed some extra guidance. I went home with a wet jumper and didn’t realise until I got home. However, she was very polite and had a nice personality.

I found that the hair wash and shampoo that I received from Lillie was very good as was the head massage she gave me. I was very pleased with the results.

Amazing hairdressers the colour is always spot on! Kevin cuts my hair and honestly if you haven't been you should as you would never go anywhere else! I don't!

Elaine never fails to please me with her hair styling & colouring. All staff are friendly.

Lillie did.my colour brilliant as usual but last minute I got Scarlett to blow dry and it was a fantastic blow dry especially as she has never done it before and I know my hair is quite challengingly. It is definitely not easy to do and Scarlett did an excellent job

Emma is very good at dealing with my hair. She’s very easy to talk to and she does a very good hairstyle. Always gets it right.

Lillie very patient and offered excellent advice about how to colour and cut my hair. Extremely pleased with outcome. Also advised on which products would be most suitable.

A hairdresser who makes you fall in love with your own hair, even when your own hair is particularly difficult to love.. as it is in my case ;)

As a clinically vulnerable person, I’ve struggled for a long time to find a safe hairdressing solution.

The team at Novo were absolutely brilliant. They advised me about the best day and time to come in where I could avoid crowds and reduce my risk of infection. Every member of staff I spoke to donned a face mask and my hair was cut in a private room at the back so I wasn’t too close to other people too. I felt so safe and well cared for. That quiet back room also really helped me with my sensory issues. It was lovely and quiet.

I had a wash, cut and blow dry. It was worth every penny. The whole experience was an absolute joy and my hair looks, feels and smells fantastic.

The staff are all lovely and I never felt rushed. My hairdresser also gave me lots of useful advice for styling and managing my hair type whilst also managing a chronic health condition. She really understood my struggles and was very kind and compassionate.

A 10/10 experience overall.

The fact that I have had my hair styled by Kevin for nearly 40 years says it all :-) I have fine hair and he really understands how to get the best out of it. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

As always made to feel welcomed as soon as you walk through the door. Lillie listens to what you want and advises when necessary.

Wonderful service from start to finish as always. All staff friendly & attentive from walking in to walking out. So pleased with the cut, colour & finish. Wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

I have been coming to Novo hair salon for many years now and have always had Emma F as my stylist. Emma always makes sure to ask me on every appointment what I want done with my hair and if there are any changes I wish to make, she never takes it for granted that I always want the same, which is what I like, as some stylist can take you for granted if you have been with them for a long time and don’t really make an effort. Not Emma, she’s a lovely lady and always makes you feel welcome and listened to and also gives you good advice about styles and products. I have had a few hair style changes over the years and Emma has always pointed me in the right direction with them and made sure my hair is in lovely condition. All the members of staff are really pleasant and the salon is kept lovely and clean.

Be coming for a few years now every week.Very polite staff.Emma does my hair and she is fantastic.

This is a friendly salon with a great atmosphere. Having legs up with a back massage seat is a real bonus whilst your hair is being washed! Advice about any hair issues is very helpful. Always lovely results.

Emma always listens to any concerns I might have about my hair and today the net result of our conversation was that my recent perm might not have taken as well as normal due to the fact that I have been under considerable stress. It is important that a client can talk to a stylist in a relaxed manner about any concerns.

Emma is an expert in colour and always gets it just right. Lillie has taken me from long hair to a short bob and always listens and seemingly effortlessly manages an amazing cut.
All the staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you.
