I have been coming to Novo hair salon for many years now and have always had Emma F as my stylist. Emma always makes sure to ask me on every appointment what I want done with my hair and if there are any changes I wish to make, she never takes it for granted that I always want the same, which is what I like, as some stylist can take you for granted if you have been with them for a long time and don’t really make an effort. Not Emma, she’s a lovely lady and always makes you feel welcome and listened to and also gives you good advice about styles and products. I have had a few hair style changes over the years and Emma has always pointed me in the right direction with them and made sure my hair is in lovely condition. All the members of staff are really pleasant and the salon is kept lovely and clean.

Emma always listens to any concerns I might have about my hair and today the net result of our conversation was that my recent perm might not have taken as well as normal due to the fact that I have been under considerable stress. It is important that a client can talk to a stylist in a relaxed manner about any concerns.

Great service as always
This was my second visit to the salon and again the service was excellent. I had not been happy with my hair for a while and was thinking of having it all cut very short. On my first visit Joanna listened to my concerns and worked out a plan that would not involve a drastic cut. From the time you set foot through the door you are made to feel welcome. Libby does a wonderful head massage when washing your hair whilst the chair massages your back and legs. Thank you everyone for providing an enjoyable experience.
I have been coming to Elaine for probably nearly forty years! I think that tells you what I think of her. Today I told her that she can never retire while I am able to get my hair done!
Girls who wash my hair and the receptionist are all delightful. For me, a trip to Novo is a very welcome break.
