Loved my hair today great expeeience

Lovely afternoon in the salon and came out
with a super bouncy blowdry!

I popped in last minute without a booking for a blow dry and luckily Libby was available. She did such a fantastic job and made me feel like a new person.

I love going to see Elaine she know exactly how I like my hair x

I am on oxygen through ill health,in fact the whole team made me feel very special ..
I felt like a different person upon leaving the salon ..

Emma is a professional i am lucky to have her doing my hair every week ,she loves a chat and a laugh very friendly she knows everything about hair.

I asked Emma to give me a bit of volume in my flat fine hair . I totally trusted her and what a great job she did . Totally changing my style from a flat bob to a flicked out style . Love it . Emma also explained what she was doing as she went along and explained how to get the style myself at home

So pleased I found Elaine - I have very thick hair and was unhappy with my previous style. Elaine has styled, layered my hair and now it’s so manageable and love the style. Elaine is lovely too.

Emma F is a superb stylist cannot praise her skills enough, myself being a hairdresser I would not trust my hair to anyone else as I’m very hard to please.

Joanna us a lovely stylist and listened to my needs and as it’s only the 2nd time that she has cut my hair she’s got the knack of my troublesome fringe 😂

A great hair day,as usual

This was my third visit to Natalie but on my first visit I showed her a picture and she talked me through the steps she would take. She also advised me on how to dry and style my hair so that I could create lift. Natalie achieved what other hairdressers had been unable to do even though she couldn’t see the back of the model’s hair. Absolutely nailed Natalie! The prices are on the higher end for the area but you get what you pay for I guess! Merci beaucoup Natalie! Ps the music played was great 😁

Really impressed with the service provided by Scarlett today, when cutting my 5 year old daughter’s hair. She was friendly, professional and really good with her.

I’ve been visiting my Novo myself for over 10 years and think Scarlett is a great addition to your team ✂️
