Just back from Hob after another fantastic experience.

I had heard about the ‘walk-in’ appointments and was delighted to get one on Friday morning. The whole experience was relaxing and my stylist Lucy did a great job.

Excellent as always. Great hairdresser. Polite and courteous always

Kay was excellent. Unfortunately the junior that washed my hair was awful. She ran cold water on me until it warmed up. The shampoo was quick and not at all thorough and no head massage offered. Not acceptable. Kay asked her to give me another wash and she did with a 2 sec head massage. I hate to complain but I know you would want to know. Kay was excellent

My stylist was Victoria, she was absolutely lovely. We have a lovely conversation and she did a great job.

Lucy was very friendly and really took the time to understand my hair and what I wanted from the cut. She gave me some great advice which I really felt like I could trust. A great haircut and I’ll definitely be coming back again.

Brilliant as always

Georgie was very friendly and helpful and contacted Kelly to confirm my colour details as Kelly was away.

The only strange thing is that when I booked on the phone the day before, I asked the lady who took the booking to check whether my colour details were held on the system. Initially she was unsure but when I asked her to check, she said yes they were. However, that turned out not to be the case, as Georgie checked and no records were held. She said she would update them. It’s only a small thing but I felt I’d been lied to by the person that took the booking which made me feel that the salon was not as ethical as it could be.

Overall the experience was good but can be improved with the availability of wi-fi, which has been ‘not working’ since I started visiting HoB on a regular basis, over a year ago.

Finally, in 2022 it would not be difficult for non-dairy milk to be available for your client’s tea, especially as Morrison’s is opposite and Organico is next door. Being told every 4 weeks that ‘no, we don’t have that but we do have herbal’ is slightly annoying for a brand that prides themselves on being towards the top end of the market.

No one else has cut my hair in 8 years even when I moved to Somerset I came back once a Konya so kay could cut my hair! I think that says everything you need to know about how highly I rate her!

i have to say upon arriving at the saloon i was greeted by billy and wow what a sort , not only is he great to look at h was a whizz with his tools

Shelly and Charlie are fantastic they go out of their way to make your experience enjoyable and safe, they listen with care and compassion. I love going to the salon.

First visit nice saloon, all but one was masked or should I say mask on off, unfortunately i felt the member of staff was loud and very much look at me where as the other staff members were working the manager was unsure how to handle the female in question the dancing look at me behaviour at reception was childish and NO I WANT BOOK AGAIN,

Its the first time for a long while since I've been to an hairdressers. And the atmosphere was friendly and professional. They make you very welcome.would definitely recommend this salon.

I had Charlie and she was very helpful advising me on how to blend the colour I had to make it lighter and even did some highlights for me even though I hadn’t initially booked in for them. I was very pleased with the end result,

As ever Billy provided an excellent service, fantastic hair cut that means it looks great right through to my next hair cut. It's like going out to meet up with a friend the atmosphere in the salon is always great.

Was good to see Covid precautions in place at the Loughton Salon. I felt very safe and came away with a gorgeous haircut styled by the very talented Victoria Tapley.

Billy cut my hair as I explained how I wanted. My hair is so much easier to managed and fulls into place even when I wake up!!!

Shelley is a brilliant hairdresser. This is the third time I’ve come to her for a blowdry. Every time she has done a fantastic job.
The down side of this experience was the cold greeting I received on arrival from ***** and also the fact that the water was cold on the hair wash. But the actual blowdry was phenomenal.
You were let down I think by your front of house staff who lacked warmth and welcome.

She was great. Patient , understood what I wanted/ needed. I was pleased with the cut.

Such a delightful experience at Hobs with Georgie yesterday. She is very welcoming and caring making our experience a joy. My daughter has not had her hair cut at a salon In 10 years because of a bad experience. I have been her hairdresser until now. Georgie made her feel comfortable and listened to her ideas. The result is outstanding. Furthermore, she turned my dull boring style into a colorful work of art - look younger and feel wonderful!♥️

Billy is brilliant with my two teenage boys. Really listening to what they want and delivering excellent haircuts and service.
