Kelly and Billy looked after me so well and I left with my hair looking exactly as I had hoped

Absolutely brilliant stylist .. listens to how you would like your hair styled & advises accordingly - cannot compliment enough.

I’ve only eve had one keratin treatment done before (not at Hobs) and having had this treatment with Billy all I can say is WOW!! Don’t think think the previous time I had it elsewhere cld have been keratin compared to Hobs!

Absolutely fantastic results and will definitely do again - my hair feels so light and so quick to manage now, I love it.

So grateful to Billy and especially for opening the salon early to fit me in - thank you so much as ever :)

No looking back now - will make this part of my routine for sure.

Never get what I want, have to constantly go to get things amended/fixed

Billy did an excellent job on my hair . It was so long needed a good trim . He provided some good tips and some excellent advice on hair maintaining

I also had Kelly for my colour and apprentice Natasha who did my washes and head massage. Brilliant device from all of them and very happy with my colour and cut, Apprentices Amy and Natasha were lovely and friendly and I would go back again even just for the head massage - thank you

I attended the salon on Sunday 13 June for a half head of highlights with ***** and a cut and blow dry with Lucy.

To my shock after my hair had been finished, I noticed that I had dried in hair dye on my face and also along the hairline. I also noticed my roots had not been done. After having a half head of highlights I expect the roots to be done. I mentioned this to ***** and she said ‘well you had highlights’. That’s no excuse. This was not cheap either and I will never return to this salon.

As soon as I got home I had to jump in the shower to remove the hair dye still on my face and hairline.

Kay spent time understanding exactly what I wanted with my cut and it turned out great. The girl who washed my hair was also very friendly and helpful.

I had an excellent blow dry by Lucy today. She doesn’t know my hair and it’s the first time she had styled my hair. But I left with a gorgeous bouncy blow dry that lasted well. I would thoroughly recommend. Thank you @HOB Salon Loughton

My hair has genuinely never looked nicer, I love it so much, all staff were so lovely, and I felt safe despite the COVID-19 situation. Overall a wonderful experience.

I have always had long hair and decided after years to change my hairstyle dramatically, so after alot of thought I took the plunge and decided to cut my hair short. My stylist Billy really made me feel comfortable, explained quite comprehensively what he will be doing, which made me feel reassured regarding my decision. I love my new short haircut. Colourist was great. Chloe who cut my hair was too. Both lovely and professional. The trainee with copper hair will make a fantastic hairdresser.. did a lovely head massage. She had time too and was attentive with water temperature and just lovely and enthusiastic l.
You are just overpriced which puts me off coming more regularly. It does feel like staff are under pressure and understandably in these current circumstances. But it felt like that the time before. I don’t believe it’s anything to do with the employees but there is an air of clock watching and doing everything as fast as possible rather than it feeling more relaxed which should be part of the experience for the money. Feels like a well oiled machine rather than a relaxed atmosphere for both staff and clients. And you do charge more than other competitors in the area which do feel more relaxed. Don’t feel you have met the balance for the price... and again that is nothing to do with the skill and hairdressers.

I have been going to HOB Loughton for years now and every time was perfect. The entire staff is very friendly and professional. Kay is espacial is a wonderful stylist and can do wonders with my hair. And now I can say I feel very safe with all measures they put in place. They managed to maintain the great environment whilst protecting all of us.

Shelly is lovely and very customer focussed.

Shelley has been looking after my hair for some years now. She has got it right every time. Shelley takes time initially to ascertain what’s worked well and what is currently an issue as hair grows and changes, then offers options for current styling. Every time my hair has felt and looked different but I’m always happy. A truly talented and professional stylist.

I absolutely love my new cut and blow dry by Chloe. She completely refreshed the style of my hair and was very professional throughout. Will definitely return.

Kay is always warm, personable and of course a fantastic hairdresser.
