Shelley is always kind and thoughtful, her customer service is top class. She always offers great solutions for styling and products and I love my hairstyle !

On arrival I told the stylist I wanted a blow dry with waves. This was an experienced stylist so I felt in safe hands. My hair was washed very well with a nice massage too. I was told there was a new range of products out and would I like to try them. I said yes, sure.
My hair was blow dried with 3/4 various products used. This took a little longer than normal but I didn’t mind. After the waves was added i felt happy with my hair although it wasn’t how my hair normally looked after waves are added. I left happy. Unfortunately after a couple hours my hair completely dropped leaving one side almost straight and the other flat. My hair also felt full of product. I was very, disappointed. As I was hoping not only would my hair look great for that evening, but all the next day too.
Never experienced that before so I can only assume it was the products perhaps. Wouldn’t have another blow dry at hobs again.

Colourist was fine but disappointed I wasn’t told Adam had left when you rang to confirm the appointment a few days ago. Awkward

Maia was very attentive and quick. Poppy washed my hair beautifully. I left feeling lovely. Thanks to both of them!
I just wish tipping could be done on the card. I brought cash specifically, but then getting change is hard when there is no cash in the till.

As a first time client, I was really impressed with Natasha. We had an initial discussion about my hair, which was really comprehensive, then moved onto the best options in terms of style and manageability. I found her very professional, informative and focused, providing explanation of what was happening during the entire process, which really puts you at ease. Overall a great service and will be a returning client.

Love Adam he does my hair so bloody nice ! I love u ? love this salon best atmosphere everyone is great exceptional at what they do..
