Shelly was great as usual. Done exactly what I wanted .

The energy within the whole salon was welcoming and very chill.
Maya who coloured my hair was amazing! I felt like she really heard me when I spoke about my fears after a bad experience in another salon. Maya reassured through out the process, sooo refreshing!!
The person on reception was also great, so friendly!
I’m looking forward to returning!

At last I have found an exceptional, passionate and knowledgeable stylist who is a dam nice guy and local!

I am disappointed that there has been 2 price increases this year. Firstly the withdrawal of the 10% on line booking and then this latest increase putting the total at around 15%. Yes Loughton is mainly a wealthy area where money is no object to some of the clients (unfortunately I'm not among them).
I have been a loyal customer for approximately 15years, so much so that I travel a round trip of 70 miles for my hair cut, but I will now have to think seriously and probably consider a wet cut in order to make it affordable, I'm sure I can't be the only customer feeling this way and it would be sad if your stylists lose clients.
On a more positive note, Kay offers the highest service and is an excellent highly qualified and trained stylist.

Maia coloured my hair and Nicole cut my hair and finished with a fantastic blowdry. Maia was very knowledgeable and advised me the best colour option for my hair. They were all very friendly and professional. Amy did a great job of washing my hair. I'll be asking for them again next time.

Getting fed up with bad haircuts I looked up "best hairdresser in Loughton" Hob came up and Billy was recommended for me. Best thing ever!!

I had booked Nicole for my blow dry this morning. I was not told she was not in until later at reception.

The girl washing my hair had no idea of how to wash hair extensions. Then had to complain and ask for another girl to wash my hair.

Had another girl not experienced in blow drying filling in for Nicole to blow dry my hair. Was a lovely girl but I did book the more experienced stylist for a reason. Nicole Finally came in later and finished off the blow dry. Took too long and was a total mess.

Have been to this branch a couple times and had Kay, was sooo happy until today.

To be fair I don't mind the price I paid, but do mind if the job is not done properly

Had my hair colour “rescued” twice at great cost and was left with significant banding. When consulting them about a third rescue plan, they wanted to charge another over £200 for a third try. ?

Beyond exceptional. This lady is simply the best. Loved her. After a disaster bleach and scalp damage from another hairdresser, Kelly saved the day and my hair. She is the most professional, efficient and knowledgable colourist I have ever had. Can’t thank her enough for her service and such a lovely lady too.

I visited with my young daughter who had her hair cut with Kay who was amazing with her and it turned out beautifully. I also had a colour, cut and style with Nataleah who was fantastic, so friendly and really listened. She coloured, cut and styled my hair exactly how I asked and I left extremely happy! See you again in 8 weeks ladies !

My daughter had a haircut at your salon on 19 April 2020 at 4:45pm. On booking the appointment we were told that it would be a senior stylist, styling her hair. Unfortunately the experience was not that good and my daughter was not satisfied with the haircut. The style my daughter ended up having was not what she asked for. There are many uneven areas. The fringe is choppy and uneven and the back is off balance, one side is longer that the other!
She felt the experience was rushed as it was the end of the day. She asked for layers but no layers.

Great blow dry as always with Shelly , takes great care with the hair and does a great blow dry that holds for days . Uses all the latest hair products! 5 ⭐️
