Georgie was very friendly and helpful and contacted Kelly to confirm my colour details as Kelly was away.
The only strange thing is that when I booked on the phone the day before, I asked the lady who took the booking to check whether my colour details were held on the system. Initially she was unsure but when I asked her to check, she said yes they were. However, that turned out not to be the case, as Georgie checked and no records were held. She said she would update them. It’s only a small thing but I felt I’d been lied to by the person that took the booking which made me feel that the salon was not as ethical as it could be.
Overall the experience was good but can be improved with the availability of wi-fi, which has been ‘not working’ since I started visiting HoB on a regular basis, over a year ago.
Finally, in 2022 it would not be difficult for non-dairy milk to be available for your client’s tea, especially as Morrison’s is opposite and Organico is next door. Being told every 4 weeks that ‘no, we don’t have that but we do have herbal’ is slightly annoying for a brand that prides themselves on being towards the top end of the market.
