Excellent service by Emily today when I visited for cut and colour. She was so helpful and understanding and I always feel so welcome from start to finish. I am so pleased with the colour recommended and will be back in 6 weeks for another pamper. All staff at Reed are so friendly and will definitely recommend people to visit.

Becky welcomed me and apologised for keeping me waiting, always good. We discussed how I wanted my hair to look then led me to washbasin again discussing how I felt about my hair and recommended using two different shampoos. She gave me a wonderful head massage before showing me back to my seat and making me a coffee. Becky really had listened as my hair was cut then blow dried to perfection. Brilliant

Rachel is so attentive, friendly and always happy. I love coming in and treating myself to a massage (I normally fall asleep) she doesn't need reminding of pressure. She is great at what she does and I throughly enjoy seeing her.

After a hair disaster all the staff so friendly and managed to fit me in the same day. Liam was brilliant my hero talked me through everything and I now have my confidence back ?

Becky and the staff very welcoming, Becky took great care with cutting and blow-drying, made sure l was satisfied with the way she had cut and styled. I will probably be moved to Clacton by the time of my next appointment but well worth th drive when you get a good cut. Thank you Becky best hair cut in a long time.

I have had both Megan and Ellen do my highlights, cut and blow dry and they both did an amazing job. I love the end results!

Went to Ellen as my Son wanted to restyle his long curly hair. Ellen cut and styled his hair trying her best you follow the limited instructions we gave. After My son washed his hair he realised he didn't like it. Ellen got him in first thing next day and restyled his hair shorter with more ideas we had. My son is now really happy with his hair. Thank you Ellen for all the time you gave us and being able to deal with all our unclear instructions. It is clear you understand curly hair.

Becky is a stylist who actually listens to what you want and delivers accordingly. The length and colours of my hair are perfect and, despite the fact we’ve only met twice, I’m very happy that I selected her as my new stylist.

Had my tape extensions renewed- Megan did them beautifully, my own hair also appears to have improved in condition, she told me it would! Also very thoughtfully booked in my next few appointments including run up to Christmas to ensure I wasn’t disappointed. Good thinking!

I’ve been going for a number of years and the salon has lost its finesse. Also when I got home my back under my top was full yes full of hair !! Not pleasant. For the money I would expect more.

Frankie is a superstar when it comes to matching the right colour to your skin tone and her styling is on point , always come away feeling very happy x
