Another great experience at Reed Hair today. Arrived feeling drab and in need of a good haircut and revamp to my overture colour . Wasn't disappointed... in fact delighted. Frankie is super professional and happy to listen and work with me regarding my likes and dislikes. The end result was exactly what we both agreed on. It is so nice to see someone as concensus, professional and happy in her work. Thank you frankie.

I’ve been seeing Megan for a few months now for tape extensions and I LOVE them- totally transformed how I felt about my aging thinning hair- today we did a different finish- a fab blow dry- I adore it- slight different parting, made a huge difference- hair feels very feminine but stylish- hubby loves it- long story, had to get 86 year old mum into an ambulance at 2am this morning- even the male paramedic turned to me and said “haven’t you got beautiful hair”?!!! Ha ha- so I think want this look FOREVER!! Thank you Megan!!

Just been here for the first time, all the staff were very welcoming and accommodating to the fact I have a newborn (I didn’t need to bring the baby with me in the end but the staff said I was welcome to bring her and feed her in the lounge upstairs if required). Becky did an excellent job on my hair, and I even left with a bag of freebies! Thank you.

From the moment I walked through the door there was a calm and relaxing atmosphere. I was given an excellent shampoo and head massage by Becky. Becky was friendly and took her time to find out exactly what I wanted. She gave me a great cut and a lovely bouncy blow dry. My hair went from looking extremely sad and dry to shiny and fresh. I walked out feeling great. I'll definitely be back and will recommend to others !

Excellent service from booking appointment to having my haircut. Thank you Vicki for all your help and advice and leaflets plus candle. After having chemo I was not sure how to cope with my hair but I was made to feel good by her giving me lots of information on how to get my hair back to normal. Thank you so much felt so relaxed and happy when I came away and will return as soon as hair needs cutting.

Megan stepped in when my usual stylist was absent. She was very friendly, spent time discussing my hair style at the beginning of the appointment and I am very happy with the cut.

I popped in for a complimentary fringe trim with Liam today which I’ve not done before. I received the usual wonderful Reed welcome from the front of salon staff.
I wasn’t expecting to be offered a drink as I was only having a quick visit but I was still treated to a fab Tea Pigs speciality tea & Easter chocolate eggs, thank you!
Liam carefully cut and styled my fringe which has refreshed my whole hair style and I’m super pleased!

Ellen beautifully transformed my hair from harsh & brassy bleached ends to a gorgeous tonal balayage.

Kelly was amazing!! So friendly and totally understood what I wanted. She made it such a fun relaxing session. Will definitely be back!

Child’s curly hair ended up being cut much shorter than I’d asked for, and although it appeared to be styled ok when we left, it soon became clear it was very uneven - especially at the back and sides.

I've had 2 appointments with her now and have been really pleased with the result each time. Megan has listened to exactly what I wanted and is friendly and professional throughout.

Was very nervous as having a colour and cut, have coloured my hair myself for years, hair was very tired and damage. Had a consultation with Liam and on the day he did everything, and talked me through what he was going to do checking with me throughout .. absolutely love my hair, Liam is a true professional!

Consistently attentive and flexible, offer great advice and I trust Emily (and all the team) to use their expertise and make the most of my hair on the day, and bring it back to life, and look and feel great. Always a good experience- not the cheapest but definitely guarantees I walk away happy and relieved my hair is in such good hands. Literally. Too important to me to get it wrong. The Reed team always get it right. Have done for many years.
