First visit since restrictions lifted ! Great to see everyone and great to be able to have a coffee whilst having my hair done, Love the salon experience, Kelly always professional, helpful and wow what a hairdresser! I am always thrilled with the outcome!!! Infact the whole visit is a lift ! Can’t recommend Kelly effort! Plus have to give the receptionist Louise a mention too! Great front of house representative! I love having my hair cut here. It’s a relaxing, and luxurious atmosphere. Staff are always friendly and attentive. Emily is fabulous, really listened to what I wanted and had great advice too...first haircut since the first lockdown and I felt like I needed to do a happy dance afterwards. Couldn’t recommend a pamper here enough.

LOVE going to this salon. Having spent 3 years overseas being pampered in a top expat salon I was dreading coming back to the UK, to an unknown area and trying to find a salon and stylist I could trust. I feel so lucky to have found Reed and especially Sophie who has been brilliant! Total confidence in her and the salon is so welcoming and professional. It's really tough for all salons under the restrictions but I can honestly say I have still felt pampered even without the 'normal' service.

My hair as always is great good cut lovely person but I do wish they wouldn’t put me upstairs with no one else - sat for long time before I went to ask - stylist late that’s fine but don’t leave people not knowing on their own .

This was my first appointment today I popped in for a colour consultation with Chelsea. The place itself is really lovely, it has a nice feel to it. The staff there were so lovely and so helpful and I feel genuinely cared and wanted to give people a good experience, which they have with bells on! I can't wait to go back and have my hair done I have full faith in Chelsea as she is obviously very qualified and knowledgeable. Thank you all for making it such a positive experience :) xx
