Ellen was friendly and knowledgeable and I am very happy to go forward with an appointment on 10th October for a cut and colour..

I'd originally used Reed Hair back in 2023, when Emily cut and shaped a wig for me, which I was very happy with.
With my real hair having grown in really well since, I'd always set my mind to return to the salon, when I was ready to have a change of colour done and talk about putting a cut into it.
It was lovely to return over a year later, and be welcomed and remembered by Faye at reception, and my decision to return to Reed was only underlined more.
Initial colour consultation was with Eleana, which was friendly, thorough and professional. So I felt confident and excited about returning for my colour appointment.
My appointment was with Emma, and having quickly gone over my consultation with Eleana, she got to work.
Having waited so long to be in position where I could realise what I'd envisaged, I was beyond happy with the results and Emma had done a fantastic job...truly fab!

I had come from Chelmsford to Reed Hair to see Cheryl as she had previously coloured my hair elsewhere. Cheryl did not disappoint, she was honest about what I should expect and the necessary steps to get what I wanted, the colour first time came out better than I was expecting and the salon experience was unlike anywhere I had been before. Definitely worth every penny, a lovely experience!

So happy with my hair! Went in today just needing a tidy up but mentioning that my hair had an orange tinge to it. Isabelle said she could sort it straight away adding a toner and giving it a trim. She was very helpful, professional and friendly. Thank you I love it!

I have had my hair cut at reeds for some time, my daughter had her first hair cut today aged 4 - she was still talking about the head massage at bed time. A wonderful memory, thanks Meg :-)

I had booked two blowdries for a wedding and we were both delighted with the results. If I lived in the area I would most certainly return - highly recommended.

Disappointed. I have short hair cut round my ears. The cut at the front of my ears on one side is straight, the other side is sloped. At the back one side looks square and the other rounded. I know this was a changed appointment and she is not my usual hairdresser but I did expect better and looking forward to my next appointment with my usual Columb.

Megan listened and then cut the best haircut I have had for years, a proper wedge I feel great, thank you soooo much

As usual service was lovely. I fancied a bit of a change and Meg talked me through a couple of options. Result was great.

Always know when I go to Debbie at Reed Hair I will be treated with care and respect. There is an amazing atmosphere, comfortable surroundings and great service from the moment you step in the door until the moment you leave. I've seen lots of different hairdressers but Debbie is by far the best, she knows your hair better than you do and yet still respects your needs and anticipates them. Your hair is not a product of hers to finish once and send on the way, to her your hair is something precious to look after and maintain for the weeks and months to follow as well. She is a gem!

From the very first phone call I felt valued. Debbie was amazing and really listened to what I wanted with my hair and gave me a great haircut and blowdry. So many lovely extra's on being a 1st customer! Definitely recommend. I felt very spoilt!

A little bit nervous when I first decided to have my haircut by a trainee but once I’d sat in the chair and had a chat with Isabel all my concerns were no longer there I had An amazing haircut which is good because normally it doesn’t normally look any different friends have noticed already so I must say Isabel will now be my hairdresser in the future polite presented young lady

Professional and caring place for all your hairdressing needs

Firstly the appointment l booked was somehow not put on the system so it was only a last minute phone that found this out so l wouldn’t have got my hair done. Secondly Mel always does my hair but was unavailable, l always have a curly blowdry, l did say use a small brush to hold the curls. Unfortunately by the end of the evening all the curls had fallen out so it looked a bit of a mess. I’m disappointed all round. I think the stylists should listen a bit closer to what the client is asking for.

Frankie is a fabulous colour expert and did exactly what I asked for. She was helpful and understanding. I had a lovely relaxing few hours in the salon.

So pleased with my hair thank you Ellen , always a breath of fresh air 🩷

Chelsea takes the time to really understand what you want, the result was exactly what I had asked for, very pleased. The iced coffee was excellent too!!
