Jade is an amazing stylist. She knows what works with my hair regarding style and colour. I feel transformed every time I visit. Jade changes the way she blow drys my hair for me - straight or curly it looks fabulous. My fringe has always been a pain for stylist not Jade she knows which way to cut it for the best result. Jade personality is a joy nothing is too much trouble she goes above and beyond.

Wasn’t happy at all - I saw a premium stylist - Throughout the appointment I was told my hair was to long, to thick & to heavy? Also was told that my hair won’t be able to have a curly/ bouncy blow dry (I’ve had plenty over the years and it’s never been a problem!) so she ended up curling my hair with straighteners (not what I wanted at all) I was in there for just over an hour (just for a wash and “blow dry”). Then was told because she over ran, I had booked in for the wrong treatment & ended up paying an extortionate price for a blow dry??? Even for her to curl my hair with straighteners the price was obseen!! My hair didn’t even last me until I got home, to the point I had to re do it myself (again not what u expect when you’ve sat in there for over an hour!!) What didn’t help she was telling me how she does blow drys day in day out for 30+ years!) so paid £50 to waste my time & still have to do my own hair. Due to her running so late with my appointment, I didn’t have time to ask/ question the price!
Really really disappointed & not what I expected from a salon at all! I will be requesting a refund as I was absolutely gutted and fuming about it being over charged, not what I asked for & not even lasting 30 mins!!!
She also found it funny that she had run late & when I said I had to be out by a certain time at the start of the appointment & checked if it would be okay, she said okay no problem - When i left, it was way past the time I had to leave by & she laughed in my face about it & a really muggy sorry - Very patronising & rude!
I will however say, the young girl that washed my hair, done an amazing job (didn’t catch her name) & she also helped the “stylist” to help with my hair which was very kind & i appreciated so thank you! (Sorry I didn’t catch her name)
