I was passing this salon when I noticed they needed hair models so I enquired within. I was greeted on reception by a very presentable young lady who was very knowledgeable about the services Headliners offer and the opening times etc. She was very polite, friendly and helpful. This was a good start. She then offered me a hot drink whilst I waited for the
Trainee, Abbie, to give me a consultation. Abbie and I discussed which hair treatment I wanted and she then conferred with a more experienced stylist on the colour/highlights options I could have. This was a 1/2 hour consultation and conducted very professionally. Once again, all the stylists looked very presentable. This is a refreshing change to the salons I had previously been to. Abbie then did a color sensitivity test prior to my hair appointment in a few weeks time, which was on a day when the trainee stylist was available. Overall a very satisfying experience and I look forward to my hair appointment next month with the delightful Abbie.

I love my haircut every time i have had my apt with Beth, she understands my hairstyle, sharp bob and gives me good advice on colouring my hair in the salon and does a lovely job each time. I had a radical hair style change today. It takes a really confident stylist to cut 12 inches + off and do a complete restyle on someone they’ve never seen before. Most stylists are a bit scared of my hair full stop but Darcie was so lovely and took the time to find out exactly what I wanted and delivered. She worked absolute wonders and created a style I was told wasn’t possible for my hair. Hands down the best cut I’ve ever had. She’s amazing.

Love what Beth did with my hair. Listened to how I wanted my outgrown style to be styled. Basically want to grow it out. Beth ensured length still remained but gave it shape and movement. Explained what she was doing how much she was taking off. So happy .Best blow-dry I have had too.

Jade is an amazing stylist. She knows what works with my hair regarding style and colour. I feel transformed every time I visit. Jade changes the way she blow drys my hair for me - straight or curly it looks fabulous. My fringe has always been a pain for stylist not Jade she knows which way to cut it for the best result. Jade personality is a joy nothing is too much trouble she goes above and beyond.
