I manage get away with annual treatment with my curly and low maintenance locks but once in a while it's so lovely to be pampered and made to feel like royalty. Wil certainly did that again with his best Kate Middleton styling, my gorgeous curls layered and trimmed to perfection! Wonderful, I had a nasty fall, resulting in a head injury and small wound that I cannot get wet due to steri strips. Holly squeezed me in at short notice, did a fabulous, very careful job washing my blood encrusted hair after my night at A&E and made me feel much more human again.
And then wouldn’t charge me! Made me cry but restored my faith in human nature. Am so grateful for Holly and the salon for being so kind.
Update one week later, wound not repairing too well so has been redressed by the dr and still cannot get wet. Holly washed my hair again this evening for a very nominal price and again took great care.
And I have never been in this salon before. They are amazing people and made such a difference to my day (twice). Very happy customer (albeit with a headache?‍♀️)
