I bring my elderly mum June for her hair cut /perm every few weeks. Everyone at the salon are so welcoming and show so much empathy towards my mums disabilities. Nothing is too much trouble and on occasion due to ill health and she has to rebook they will even call to check up on her. This is above and beyond what we expect. They really do make my mum feel special

I phoned to book a wash and blow dry 2 days before I needed it and knew I had left it late. As there were no appointments the reception lady called Clair kindly rang me the following day and offered me an appointment with a junior stylist called Rosie.
Was very satisfied with my hair and felt that I was looked after very well and made to feel very welcome.

From the moment I walked through the door I had a warm welcome from Claire and felt at ease. Was offered a coffee straight away. Dawn is such a nice lady and we did not stop chatting. She asked me questions about my hair and cut and blow dried it beautifully. So pleased with it and a very nice touch to give me a goodie bag as a new client thankyou! I am back very shortly for Lauren to do my colour. May I also add the salon was immaculate and very welcoming with a warm atmosphere.
