Following my last experience 4 years ago, which wasn't good, I decided to give another go.
This time round I felt really welcomed, staff all friendly. Got a lovely welcome bag and a free blow dry as a new client. A lovely touch. Thank you Gemma and will look forward to my next booked appointment.

Lauren was friendly and did a lovely job on my hair which was in desperate need of a cut. She got rid of the ends while allowing me to keep the length I wanted. Also got to use the new GHD dryer/straightener which saved time and doesn’t damage your hair the way a normal hair dryer, and straightener would.

Rosie done my hair today for me & my daughter. It was our first time visiting & I can't wait to come back. All the ladies made you feel so welcome offering a hot/cold drink on arrival. I bring my elderly mum June for her hair cut /perm every few weeks. Everyone at the salon are so welcoming and show so much empathy towards my mums disabilities. Nothing is too much trouble and on occasion due to ill health and she has to rebook they will even call to check up on her. This is above and beyond what we expect. They really do make my mum feel special

I phoned to book a wash and blow dry 2 days before I needed it and knew I had left it late. As there were no appointments the reception lady called Clair kindly rang me the following day and offered me an appointment with a junior stylist called Rosie.
Was very satisfied with my hair and felt that I was looked after very well and made to feel very welcome.
