Alan was extremely friendly and accommodating. He corrected a mishap by another Hairdresser at a different Salon (as advised by Receptionist), checked how I wanted my hair throughout and even showed me how to style it using soft wax at the end.

Loved my salon experience with Emma today ....very professional and friendly... gave me free shampoo samples to try and advice on my hair ... Thank u & Well Done ?

This was my first time going to this salon, and what a fantastic experience, from start to finish. I came here following a hair disaster done at a different salon. Everyone was so friendly and professional, especially Tom who was my hair saviour. Not only did Tom do a fantastic job on my hair, he was so friendly & helpful, explaining and going through the colour chart and choices with me and what he was doing to my hair at each stage. I feel Tom really went that extra mile , he spent time, extra time with me, he even came in on his day off - I can’t thank him enough.

As usual happy with everything from start to end.

Jemma was brilliant . She properly listened to what I said which was my main concern before I came . She gave good advice on my hair and products . She was fun and kind and professional . I love my hair cut . I took her advice on hair products and I love the results of that too ( 3 days after ) . Tom C, is both a brilliant colourist and stylist. He can transform a head of hair using such skill and precision. Tom C is a hairdresser whom I would recommend to anyone, both for his colouring technique and cutting. Not only this, he makes his client (and all clients) feel SPECIAL. He never crosses the boundary of professionalism with being too friendly, he has the balance just right.’ He listens intently also to what the client wants to achieve with the end result of their hair, but giving his professional opinion and expertise at the same time.. what can I say, Tom C makes ‘your time at TONY & GUY’s Southend an amazing experience!!!! I would NEVER want to go to another hairdresser, ever....
