Wonderful to be back in the salon... which had Always been immaculately clean & now with new changes of social distancing & hygiene regulations even better !! Well done to team for ensuring customers and staff kept safe but still the same friendly atmosphere ... will definitely return. Was also really efficient during lockdown at keeping updated via text as had a cancelled appointment due to closure with information on reopening with priority waiting list, felt genuine appreciation for its customers

Great cut, resolved issues that have been bugging me for at least three years! Lovely, peaceful atmosphere, nothing was rushed. All in all, a very happy haircut!

Felt good to be back in the salon. Very airy and relaxed. Precautions are clear and apt.

I had a full colour this morning by Frankie. I felt completely safe in the salon. Hygiene and cleanliness was fantastic. Everyone was upbeat and happy. My hair looks great - all my greys are gone. An overall fantastic experience. I left the salon feeling very happy.

As always, first class treatment. Satisfaction guaranteed l. The refurb of the salon looks fab too. Love the plant boxes outside, all looks really classy.

First cut and blow dry since end of January so now had the opportunity to try a different style. Lyndley listened to all my ideas and shared some of his own which resulted in a perfect new style. Thank you. It was a long awaited, peaceful, calm, enjoyable experience.

I had a colour with Megan and cut and blow dry with Jemma. It was day 1 of opening and everyone in the salón was so pleased to back, all very safety conscious which was brilliant and made me feel really looked after and safe. I was handed a bag upon arrival with my throw away gown, towels, mask so I got myself ready, I also had a paper cup and I had a nice coffee and I was taken to A seat that had been fully sanitised and covered with a plastic cover. The team wore visors too. It was brilliant despite what you may see in the media, we chatted and caught up on the last 4 months and I had a cuppa to relax whilst my colour was on! Thank you all, be back soon, keep being amazing!

So good to be back in the salon and despite the new rules the experience was just as good and relaxing as ever. Really impressed.

It was certainly different with masks and disposable gowns, but everyone did a great job of making it as normal as possible. Very happy with my hair after a VERY overdue haircut!

As usual everyone is nice, friendly and welcoming from staff in reception to girl washing my hair to Emma who has cut my hair for the past 3+ years. I drive for almost 1 hour to get that good customer experience and it is well worth it.

Had Natasha to colour my T section and I also had a cut by a another stylist (forgot her name) both really lovely girls. Came out feeling a million dollars. Thank you Toni & Guy xx
