Lovely haircut and roots ‘done’

Absolutely disappointed, how can someone leave a hair salon with the hair wet not even styled. Took 45 minutes to a girl with no EXPERIENCE to dry a short hair and even after I did explained the hair was wet and not done properly she continued to ignore me. Not even she asked for extra advice or not any other senior styles check her job.

My hair looks fantastic my colour is so natural with the blend of highlights. The L’Oreal treatment which was put on after to hydrate my hair makes amazing.

As always wonderful experience

I can’t imagine anyone else cutting my hair. Always happy with my look. Emma is brilliant. I love our chat from start to finish x

My appointment was perfectly timed. My hair was coloured - thank goodness T& G keep good records on everything to do with my hair. Emma cut and styled my hair beautifully. All the staff are polite and lovely to talk to. Even though they were extremely busy they promptly met my needs.

I’ve had my hair done at Toni & Guy Southend for years and I have never been disappointed. I’ve had different colours, extensions, hair styled on different occasions and brought my bridesmaids in on my wedding day. My main hairdresser is Natasha who is amazing and I can genuinely say that every other member of staff is great. They take real care of you, they give genuine advice, they are courteous and are extremely professional. Tom, the Salon Manager, is incredibly passionate and full of energy. I’ve seen some less favourable reviews mention about price, I don’t agree. I have never been disappointed and feel the prices are reflective of the service. This review also extends to the nail technician, Tatiana, she is fabulous. Thank you Toni and Guy!

I was very early for my appointment and rather than wait the receptionist organised Alan to cut my hair instead and I was seen straight away.

Thomas is the best stylist I have EVER EVER met in my life!!! I persuaded my two daughters to have an appointment with him many years ago, & they will have no one else to cut, style & blow dry their hair. He always gives you such sound advice about treatments and after care. He always goes that extra mile to please & help his customers & gives such wonderful customer service. He is always so pleasant, yet runs a tight ship, keeping his salon and staff in perfect order. You are one amazing person Tom, we are so so lucky to have you at Tony & Guy’s Southend. I walked out today, after having a wash, cut and blow dry by Tom and felt transformed, radiant and vitalised. Thank you Tom so much. I feel like shouting on the roof tops to everyone to go to Tony & Guy’s at Southend.

Natasha is great, very friendly and attentive; as someone who cannot have colour just highlights due to allergy, she gets really nice results.

Everything about my experience today was excellent. Jemma paid attention to the detail and I was very pleased with the result . She was also very good company - she is a natural at making people feel at ease and chatted the right amount which I know is difficult to judge .
