I visited Southend Toni & Guy yesterday for an appointment with Tom. Lovely guy who took the time to ask what I wanted and make suggestions as well. Walked out with a fab cut and extremely pleased. I went based on a recommendation and wasn’t disappointed. Thank you!

Had a fantastic experience at Toni and Guy yesterday. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. Becky listened to my hair issues and came up with a cut and style easy to maintain with 3 kids to run after and to solve those problems I had told her about. I love it. People complain about cost but you absolutely get what you pay for. From experienced staff, to quality products used on your hair.

Always a friendly greeting from staff, this occasion Tom the manager, kept informed of any wait time, offered drink and made comfortable.
Tom has been cutting my hair for 14 years, I will not go to anyone else. From very first consultation he understood my naturally curly hair and has always checked with me throughout process, my hair is changing as I age but it still looks and feels great after. Thank you Tom

Staff always make you feel comfortable, Helen is fantastic, so funny but professional. I always come away happy with my cut. I love how they explain every step, which products they use etc.

I had Natasha today for a colour and cut. I decided to go back to my more natural dark brown with some lighter highlights. Natasha explained everything clearly beforehand and helped me to choose the colour. I am delighted with both the colour and cut and would thoroughly recommend!!

Lovely cut. Felt very pampered and especially so with the new addition of the little bar. A very nice Sauvignon Blanc went down well with my perfect cut fans style from Tom.

I booked a spontaneous haircut yesterday not knowing what to expect. Alan made me feel so at ease and chatted me through all the tips and tricks to style curly hair. No one has ever styled my hair curly after a cut. It’s really made me embrace my natural hair more. Such a lovely experience.

The whole process was beautifully executed. My hairdresser was wonderful and very happy to talk me through each stage. She was hospitable and knowledgeable. Careful and willing to answer any questions I had. The atmosphere in the salon is relaxed and friendly with plenty of refreshments on offer. I was complimented on my hair by complete stranger at the Savoy Hotel how lovely is that I'll be back for a trim in the next 6 weeks Thank You
