I have been going to T&G for years, about 6 yrs. would not go anywhere else always a brilliant service, great haircut every time. Also they look after you very well.

Absolutely brilliant, I walked in to see if I could get an appointment at short notice and managed to get one an hour later! Staff were very friendly and welcoming, offered refreshments while I waited to be seen. Marcie was so lovely and did a fantastic job on my hair (loved the head massage!) will definitely recommend to my friends

Chatter throughout was sincere and entertaining. The outcome was as I wanted. She even showed me how to style it. As well as talked me through the process of how she was going to cut my hair and how it would improve it. Very happy with my morning at Toni and Guy, I feel as if she will be my hairdresser for a long time.

I fancied a change, and after a consultation earlier in the week came in today to have a balayage with Frankie. Over the moon doesn’t begin to cover it; everything about my experience in the salon today was excellent. I just could not be happier, I gave Frankie free reign but the few points and concerns I raised we discussed and I felt like I was listened to and the advice given really made me feel at ease having a process done that I’d never had before. Frankie thank you so much!

Tom has been cutting my hair for over 10 years now, he is superb his hands have magic he always knows what I want and what would suit me... I travel nearly a hour to get to him.. he seriously is the best love coming to him love all the staff, the salon looks amazing...
Every time I do my hair I get coment after Coment....
I could seriously go on and wouldn’t run out of words......

Emma who has cut my hair at Lakeside since it opened is now at Southend, just brilliant news! As usual she gave me a fantastic cut , without a doubt the best hairdresser ever! Alan coloured my hair with a tint and highlights and was just perfect .

Having not had my hair cut at Toni and Guys fo awhile due to working away. It was a pleasure to go to Southend yo see Emma and have a brilliant cut. Miss Lakeside but the journey was worth it. I’ll be back soon. X

Alan was very particular with applying the colours to my hair. The blue- haired woman's cutting complemented the colours - I am very happy.

Can honestly say I have never come out of an appointment with Marcie and Natasha disappointed. The salon is so friendly, Tom always goes out of his way to greet you. Alan styled my hair brilliantly after I had let it grow out after having a baby; I chose to keep it long but he shaped it and tailored the style to me choosing to keep it up in a pony tail for work. He washed my hair immaculately. I usually come to this hairdressers as the staff are lovely and always provide a friendly service.
