Absolutely love this salon I refuse to go anywhere else, after have Marcie for the first time today I’m gonna make her my go to stylist.
She’s so attentive and lovely and didn’t mind me asking for a bit more off and had a lovely chat.

I was seen without appointment immediately, given coffee, received back and head massage and was afforded outstanding customer service. The Salon is friendly and inviting and nothing is ever too much trouble, hence ten out of of ten!

I had my hair dyed on Sunday. It was very messy. When my hair was finshed i was left with about a half a centimetre stain around my whole hair line, on my check in and behind my ear and all over my neck.
This is after a young girl used stain remover while my dye was on my hair and after another person washed the dye off and used stain remover again.
Once my hair was cut i asked for more stain remover. I was given the bottle and aload of cotton(which i needed).
I scrubbed my face and neck with the stain remover for the next 15 to 20 mins until my face was stinging and i could not continue.
I scrubbed it so much that on sunday night when i used my toner and face cream it stung.

The reason i started coming to Toni and Guy was because as far as i was aware your hairdressers are trained to a high standard (or so i thought).
I can honestly say that in the whole time i have been dying my hair(approx 15years) i dont think my face has been stained as bad. It is now tuesday and i still have not got 100% of the marks off.

When you go to a hairdresser especially somewhere like Toni and Guy were you are paying over £100. You expect a good job and not to feel like you could of done a better job yourself.

I do have to say the woman who washed and cut my hair (i think her name is Becca. I can not remember sorry). She did a great job and is very friendly. She has been cutting my hair for a year now and everytime it is prefect and she is always extremely friendly and even remembers conversations we had months previous.

I am so happy with today's cut, it's the 5th time I've been to Toni and Guy and Becca has cut my hair, I booked first on a complete whim back in December and have never been disappointed. Always made to feel comfortable and welcome, and each time I've left with hair exactly as I wanted, if not better! I've got a bit braver each time, working up to today's pixie cut and I love it.

Today I had another great experience at the salon, Natasha colouring my hair and Becca giving a lovely shape and bouncy curls, and Chloe gives a great head massage! They always get the look I’m after spot on! With lots of fab conversations to catch up on. Always enjoy my pampering here thanks ladies!

I just walked in on the off chance- excellent service- very pleased.

It was a boiling hot day and a joy to enter Toni and Guy because the air con temperature was perfect. As for the service- it’s always very good. Tom listens to his customers and it shows in the ambiance.staff focus and the service that makes you feel great and motivates to return.

Excellent salon experience with opportunity to discuss products to be used and style requirements with the stylist - enjoyed a relaxing head massage. In addition, the air conditioning was very welcome in the salon as were the refreshments on arrival - I will be returning!

Natasha had done my highlights/colour before so she knew exactly what I wanted again without me going into to much detail. . Result was perfect for me. A great colour technician, I would certainly recommend Natasha.
