These guys at Toni and Guy really do know their stuff. They are taught to such a high standard whether it be colour or styling that they know exactly what will work for your colour and your face shape and personality. Nothing is ever too much trouble for this team who go out of their way to accommodate you. Very pleased with my hair cut from Jayne and the time and effort she put into explaining to me what she was doing and why. From your greeting and departure at reception to your support within the salon from all the team you really do experience a high standard of care relaxation whilst coming out with a new Look. I highly recommend this team as I've been going for over 10 years and the service is always impeccable.

Wonderful service as always

I was made to feel very welcome upon entering the salon, very attentive staff. I met Marcie for the first time and explained what i was hoping for with a restyle. We chatted the whole way thro my appointment, she made me feel completely at ease. I loved my cut and Marcie explained each product she was using as she blowdried my hair. A really enjoyable experience in general, thanks Marcie!

So pleased with my hair as always! It doesn’t matter who you get in the Southend branch, they are all awesome! I have tried so many salons over the years but they don’t compare! I will always come back to T&G Southend. The staff are kind and knowledgeable and always tell you honest opinions and don’t let you make bad decisions as they know what we are like!!! Lol

I’ve been having my hair cut here for a number of years and I have never once regretted it or had any issues. Great discussion and advice on new styles and what I can do to make slight changes right through to the brilliant cut and style.

Natasha is the most professional hair colourist I have ever seen.

I had a lovely wash and blow dry with Jayne. Jayne was so sweet and made me feel really relaxed. I have already made my next appointment for both my daughter and I, for my daughters graduation in July.

I never leave Toni and Guy disappointed with the result. That’s why I never go anywhere else!

Always a pleasure to visit this salon. Friendly staff, cared for surroundings and, best of all, a brilliant haircut ????‍♀️

I was not informed of any costs of anything when booking or the extra ‘ad-ons’ that were ‘sold’ to me during my visit so unclear on what was free or what i ended up being charged for. I specifically requested not to be put with a senior stylist that would cost me a lot and to then be charged for the highest level is appauling and clearly disregarded my wishes as the client. Although the stylist themself was friendly, the cost in the end was far too high for an average hair cut experience and therefore I will never be returning again to Toni & Guy as it is not worth the extortionate prices.

So happy with my cut. Alan is wonderful.

I have been going to toni guys for fifteen years. I am more than happy with every stylist I have had. Today I had Alan cut my hair and u was very happy. My colour by Natasha is always perfect and exactly what I ask for.
