Katty: -Intuitive and professional -Easy going -Good advice and knowledge -Honest (as opposed to just saying what I want to hear, which I appreciate) Importantly, I’m very happy with the outcome and that was for colour and cut! It looks lovely and the advice on products means my hair is looking and feeling so much healthier a few months on 👏🏼 Also, Lin, the lady who rinsed out toner and gave me a head massage had a wonderful touch and a great massage!

As always, Cat is welcoming and very professional. She listens and provides much needed advice on styling. She has excellent colour, cutting and finishing skills which leave you feeling very happy with the whole experience. Just to add that the lady who washed my hair (apologies but I did not catch her name) was excellent too.

I have been going to woo for a long time now. The service is exceptional, it’s very clean. From the moment you walk through the door, it’s very welcoming. Maddie is the best at doing my hair, always gets the job done as I want. Lynn gave me the best head massage. Everyone is very friendly. Keep up the good job guys.

Maddie perfected my blonde wedding hair earlier in the year, and today embraced my impulsive, rebellious side - and I'm loving my pink, diva era! As always, great service and I'm very happy - thank you, Maddie!

Treated like a king

Very grateful that my cancelled due to Sarah’s illness could be rescheduled. Very hectic in the salon and slight hiccup with shampooing but sorted quickly and delighted with colour and cut

I had a lovely time at Woo as always. Frankie washed my hair and Maddie cut it and blow dried it. Loved chatting with both and my cut and dry is always super with Maddie.
It’s a shame to lose the reception.
Other than that- perfect!

Had such a lovely experience with Katie and the girls at Woo!

I was disappointed with the outcome of my haircut. I asked the hairdresser to cut my hair short and showed her a image of my hair when it was short and asked her to copy this style. The hairdresser insisted that i should have a Bob cut and she waved the sides. She proceeded to give me her cut and I was not happy but to polite to cause a scene in the shop. I immediately booked an appointment with Toni & Guy in Southend high street and will be having my hair styled as i wanted this coming saturday. I must say the staff at Woo were very polite and the shop very clean and tidy. However, i think the hairdresser should have listened to the customer and not decide on the style the costumer should have.

Extremely pleased with my freshen up in the colour front, my hair was very blocky blond despite only having highlights where I used to go, Woo has over a couple of appointments made my hair the streaky sun kissed look I wanted. Thank you

I love a salon day at Woo because I always leave feeling confident with my new hair. Sarah is a fantastic stylist who always listens to what I want. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Everyone is welcoming and goes out of their way to make the visit special.

I have a regular weekly blow dry always towards the end of the week and I don’t need to touch my hair at all all weekend and for days after., woo is always consistent.

Staff always friendly welcoming and efficient majority of the time. Love having my colour done by enthusiastic Katie if not Anna. Both such great stylists. My hair wash especially the massage is always wonderful just not long enough as it just leaves me wanting more.. hahaha! The only negative thing I have to say is that I have to inform some members of staff to get rid of stains on my forehead or back of neck and I have to remind the or prompt where they are everytime which I shouldn't have to do for what I class as a 5* hairdressers.

I’m a loyal customer, for what could be over 10 years now - felt the need to share today’s experience, the team really did go over and above to please me- even resurrecting an old product to make me happy and have promised to buy it in every time I visit. This is honestly why I travel 45 mins to the salon each time- Cat and recently Boy Sam (when Cat has been on maternity) are such great stylists , always respectful of my demands and nothing is ever too much!! PS the coffee and head massage is pretty good too!
