As usual Catt was ready for me so no hanging about. Friendly and chatty as she always is. My hair was cut and styled exactly how I wanted it. Every time she cuts my hair I have been pleased with it.

I had a good service on the day, however I believe that stylist has to come to the client at the end and ask if client is happy with the result. That is just standard to me. Kasey is lovely, but she just put the colour and left. She never came back to check on me or to see if everything is fine with the colour and her work. I had to sit with the colour for a little bit too long and therefore as a result it turned into slightly darker colour than discussed in the beginning, but hopefully it will washes away.
Always a good experience here. I love the tricolour highlights and the hair wash and head massage was lovely too !

I always leave the salon happy with what Catt has done to my hair and she’s very easy to talk to and keeps the conversation relevant not scripted like some hairdressers sometimes sound like!

I love my haircut and the girl I see. I should have come here years ago! However, I don't like that my hairdresser had to answer reception three times whilst cutting/drying my hair, especially as one of the queries was quite lengthy and my haircut therefore took longer than necessary. She was very apologetic, but given what you charge I don't find this acceptable.
