We hope you are feeling great! We must say, it’s wonderful that you have chosen to visit our website for your hair care and styling needs. Before we get started, we wanted to give you a small insight into Yaxley Hair & Beauty and why you should really stick around.

Back in 2012 we wanted to create a space that our guests could come to enjoy themselves and really feel the benefits of taking time out for you. We also wanted to offer something new, something bold and cutting edge. We started to build our team, a brave and courageous team of stylists, pushing the boundaries of hair styling and colouring. We wanted a team of stylists that would rock the hair world… And guess what? We have a multi award winning team of stylists that put their all into how you look and feel.

I used to dread going to hairdressers, all staff chatting & giggling with no heed to customers, then I discovered Yaxley. The staff are all courteous fun and able. It doesn't matter which stylist you have they take the time to find out what you'd like and what you expect. Excellent hairdressing and social skills. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!

I love this hair salon. It was our first ever visit after moving into the area. Firstly they were so accommodating in getting us an appointment during the manic Christmas season - so we were so grateful!

Got there and the shop is lovely. Welcomed with a smile on there faces - even at 5pm they still were professional and didn't show customers of what probably has been a long day for them!

Nice little nook for my kids to sit and wait - they even had plenty of biscuits !

Service was great! They listened to what me and my daughter wanted and worked with us offering their advice. Had a lovely chat with my hairdresser (I believe she was the owner too!- bonus!)

You can really see the professionalism, pride and customer service they provide! It was perfectly on point.

Fair prices and great service! I would definitely reccomend and will be coming back.

Ria as always was very attentive to the style I was looking for, very pleased with the cut. The only thing missing....this is not a criticism...but it would be nice if you employed a junior who could offer and make tea and coffee.....this is what happened in the old days....it adds to the customer experience....again this is not a criticism, just an observation.I am delighted with my hair cut. Being a regular to the salon, you might think that you aren't looked after but it's the reverse. You feel like a VIP everytime and the way Natasha knows what I want means I can relax in lovely surroundings whilst she does her magic on my hair. When making my appointment it was originally meant to be for 1:30 and then I was told let’s say 2 i was hoping to be seen bang on 2 so I could have my nails done before picking my son up from school and was told I would be there until 3:30 so I couldn’t keep my appointment and had to pay for something I never had done!! I’m a single mother of a severely disabled and medically complex child and this did not help! I went to the salon to have some down time before having to pick my son up. I will not be returning.

Hi Kellie, thank you for your review. we do have a policy in place if any appointments get cancelled/moved within 48 hours that a 50% fee will occur. We originally said 1.30pm because that appointment was without nail art, we then discussed you would like nail art so we said if you would like nail art can we would only have enough time to change the whole appointment for gel extensions and nail art to 2pm and you did agree to 2pm via email. Back in 2012 we wanted to create a space that our guests could come to enjoy themselves and really feel the benefits of taking time out for you. We also wanted to offer something new, something bold and cutting edge. We started to build our team, a brave and courageous team of stylists, pushing the boundaries of hair styling and colouring. We wanted a team of stylists that would rock the hair world… And guess what? We have a multi award winning team of stylists that put their all into how you look and feel.
