Best 2 hours of my week. Phillippa and Jo are incredible...owning (Phil) and running a salon (Jo) is not easy but they make it look like child's play.
Natasha is a true testament to hairdressing. She is brilliant...a wonderful human ❤️ who has a talent and skill to make your hair feel like silk.

Natasha was very accomplished and i love my haircut. It was my first visit to your salon and Natasha had been recommended by a work colleague. My hair is very thick and she managed to produce a stunning bob, making me look years younger. She is a fantastic professional hairdresser. The salon was very clean and thw young lady that wash my hair was very sweet and friendly. An excellent service!

Always so welcoming. Elise is fantastic at Biab nails with Gel, so friendly too. Always offered a cup of tea on arrival, which is a nice touch. Would definitely recommend this salon, all the staff are so helpful.

I was a model for Trinity today and I was blown away by her expertise in massage, she is a natural! Her knowledge of reflexology and how to use this to support clients needs is delivered in a professional and caring way. I had a really enjoyable first experience visiting Yaxley, my stylist Megan was lovely, friendly and very knowledgeable. I told her what I wanted, she asked all the relevant questions and really went above my expectations. I’m really happy with the service from start to finish and will definitely visit again.

Stacey is amazing! The full body massage was super relaxing, and she knew exactly how to work out all the tension in my muscles. The facial left my skin feeling so fresh and glowing. She’s so skilled and made the whole experience calming and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

All the girls are lovely and are so talented. I’ve left positive feedback before, this time I’d like to do it for Jo 🤍 she is the salon manager and is an absolute beauty. She’s friendly, approach and has a lovely smile too. All the girls are amazing and I wouldn’t go to a different salon if you paid me too (unless it was a million pounds because I just couldn’t then that down)

Even though Ellie is an apprentice - she is simply the best, knows what she is doing & always try’s her hardest to achieve the outcome I always ask for. The whole salon makes me feel welcome and is always helpful. If I have any questions or ideas I have in mind they are creative and definitely magicians to me. As a customer going from bright red hair to a balayage copper colour I highly recommend.

I absolutely love coming to Yaxley for all my treatments, but most of all I love getting my hair cut and coloured by Tasha! We are non stop talking and very accommodating to anything you want to change or add! All of the girls in the salon are very approachable and lovely to be around! Overall an amazing salon and the perfect environment to be in for relaxing!

I have been having my hair done by Phillippa for several years and every visit is a lovely experience. All the staff at Yaxleys are experienced, friendly and very welcoming. I wouldn't want you go anywhere else.

All the girls are very friendly. Easy to get an appointment. Everytime I leave with a lovely haircut and use time and time again.

2025 brings a new era. After 15 years of this salon being open and Natasha being there at least 10 years, Natasha did THE colour refresh and treatment ever for the start of 2025.
Now normally she does the best colour cut and finishes so have always complimented her but this time she did a little extra 😀 and managed not to leave me with any tattoo from the colour!! Thanks Natasha.
Highly recommend Natasha and quite frankly, Phillippa, Jo, Ria, Hope, Phoebe, Jade, Megan, Chloe, Trinny, Elle and Elise.
They are true professionals with oodles of personality and will look after you.

Absolutely amazing with my daughter. She’s suspected ADHD and likes to talk and Hope didn’t seem to mind and was talking back to her. She was gentle and caring and my daughter loved her experience here. Will definitely be back

I used to dread going to hairdressers, all staff chatting & giggling with no heed to customers, then I discovered Yaxley. The staff are all courteous fun and able. It doesn't matter which stylist you have they take the time to find out what you'd like and what you expect. Excellent hairdressing and social skills. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!
