First time visit but Phoebe understood and knew exactly what style and look I was trying to explain, so happy with the cut and finish and it’s such a refreshing change for a stylist not to rely on straighteners for a smooth sleek finish, fantastic blow dry, excellent cut. Will be booking in for a colour in the future

Phillippa has been cutting and colouring my hair for close to 10years, she always does a fantastic job. I like my hair to be natural but also to looks fresh, Phillippa always manages to get it just right. The atmosphere at the salon is always great too, the team all seem to get on well as a team.

Amazing experience decided a change needed stylist knowledgeable and has done beautiful cut then explained how to keep it looking good.this is only salon I will have my hair done as professional friendly knowledgeable

Had a beautiful up do from Phillippa and I was so happy , only took her 30 minutes and it lasted from 2pm until 4am

Mummy I loved that Natasha talked to me the whole time I was at Yaxley’s.
She’s so kind, and lovely. And I loved the way that she curled my hair, it made me look really grown up.

Once again Phillippa has transformed my hair, which intern has a massive effect on my confidence. She ran with my idea & colouring and it looks absolutely stunning!!

Absolutely love this place. I have had a few hair stylists do my hair and they are all super lovely and really listen to your concerns/ ideas/ etc. I can’t recommend it enough.

Very unhappy with the result, as I wanted some dark highlights to be added but I only get blond. I have shown picture of what I would like, and I fully understand that the blond cannot be light as I wanted but they never added darker colour, as I have shown on picture, and discuss on consultation.

Megan was very polite and easy to talk to, patient and understanding. Enjoyed my visit. Megan was very professional.

My wonderful stylist was amazing. I cannot remember her name but she has lovely long hair with pink streaks. I managed to walk in an get an appointment straight away for eyebrow wax then also managed to get a great hair cut afterwards too. Great care was taken and she did an amazing job, explaining everything as she went. Everyone made me feel at ease. I had a great mocha too.

Recently moved to Witham, and after being recommended to Yaxley's, Natasha rose to the challenge of thinning and trimming my hair. With extremely thick hair and not been cut for 5 months she did a great job.
