Stacey is amazing! The full body massage was super relaxing, and she knew exactly how to work out all the tension in my muscles. The facial left my skin feeling so fresh and glowing. She’s so skilled and made the whole experience calming and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

All the girls are lovely and are so talented. I’ve left positive feedback before, this time I’d like to do it for Jo 🤍 she is the salon manager and is an absolute beauty. She’s friendly, approach and has a lovely smile too. All the girls are amazing and I wouldn’t go to a different salon if you paid me too (unless it was a million pounds because I just couldn’t then that down)

Even though Ellie is an apprentice - she is simply the best, knows what she is doing & always try’s her hardest to achieve the outcome I always ask for. The whole salon makes me feel welcome and is always helpful. If I have any questions or ideas I have in mind they are creative and definitely magicians to me. As a customer going from bright red hair to a balayage copper colour I highly recommend.

I absolutely love coming to Yaxley for all my treatments, but most of all I love getting my hair cut and coloured by Tasha! We are non stop talking and very accommodating to anything you want to change or add! All of the girls in the salon are very approachable and lovely to be around! Overall an amazing salon and the perfect environment to be in for relaxing!

I have been having my hair done by Phillippa for several years and every visit is a lovely experience. All the staff at Yaxleys are experienced, friendly and very welcoming. I wouldn't want you go anywhere else.

All the girls are very friendly. Easy to get an appointment. Everytime I leave with a lovely haircut and use time and time again.

The welcome from reception was 5*, I was felt so welcomed and offered a drink. Phillippa is just fantastic, listened to everything and cut my hair exactly how I asked it to be cut which is rare these days. Can't thank yaxley enough, can't wait to come back. Thank you yaxley

2025 brings a new era. After 15 years of this salon being open and Natasha being there at least 10 years, Natasha did THE colour refresh and treatment ever for the start of 2025.
Now normally she does the best colour cut and finishes so have always complimented her but this time she did a little extra 😀 and managed not to leave me with any tattoo from the colour!! Thanks Natasha.

They are true professionals with oodles of personality and will look after you.

Absolutely amazing with my daughter. She’s suspected ADHD and likes to talk and Hope didn’t seem to mind and was talking back to her. She was gentle and caring and my daughter loved her experience here. Will definitely be back

I used to dread going to hairdressers, all staff chatting & giggling with no heed to customers, then I discovered Yaxley. The staff are all courteous fun and able. It doesn't matter which stylist you have they take the time to find out what you'd like and what you expect. Excellent hairdressing and social skills. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!

I love this hair salon. It was our first ever visit after moving into the area. Firstly they were so accommodating in getting us an appointment during the manic Christmas season - so we were so grateful!

Got there and the shop is lovely. Welcomed with a smile on there faces - even at 5pm they still were professional and didn't show customers of what probably has been a long day for them!

Nice little nook for my kids to sit and wait - they even had plenty of biscuits !

Service was great! They listened to what me and my daughter wanted and worked with us offering their advice. Had a lovely chat with my hairdresser (I believe she was the owner too!- bonus!)

You can really see the professionalism, pride and customer service they provide! It was perfectly on point.

I have been to this salon a lot as I love it but never had BIAB there and was as always over the moon, service is always great, hygiene also fab. My nails look fab and have been done amazingly can’t wait for my next appointment x

Ria as always was very attentive to the style I was looking for, very pleased with the cut. The only thing missing....this is not a criticism...but it would be nice if you employed a junior who could offer and make tea and coffee.....this is what happened in the old days....it adds to the customer experience....again this is not a criticism, just an observation.I am delighted with my hair cut.
