It's a pleasure to be in the salon,all the staff make client feel welcome coffee or water and popcorn offered.

Lucy did a fabulous job of my hair...I went in to the salon with boring, drab hair in bad condition, but after Lucy had worked her magic I left with vibrant, shiny hair. I wanted a drastic change and am so pleased with my new pink hair...the colour is gorgeous. Lucy was very professional and explained about the colouring process. I found the salon to be nice and relaxed too. This will be my go to salon from now on and I can't recommend highly enough.

Still disappointed that proper drying towels have yet to be re introduced.
I understand the benefit it the height of the pandemic.
However I don't believe that the salon pays more to provide flimsy, disposable " wet wipe" style substitutes than it used to pay for fresh towels, electricity and laundering.
The substitutes are for the benefit of the salon not for the comfort of the clients.

Fantastic service from Chloe, and the extra quirky touches make a difference, very friendly staff, a great professional salon, will definitely go back, love my hair.

Lucy has an amazing eye for how to add the creative colours in my hair, I have 3 different colours and the all compliment each other and look great together. I love the comments I get from people about how good my hair looks. Lucy is the best. Bespoke Colour House is the best hair salon I have ever been to.

Had a fantastic experience with my balayage and cut at Bespoke. The balayage is beautifully blended and exactly what I wanted, and the haircut complements my face shape perfectly. The stylist, Kenzie, listened to my requests and offered helpful suggestions. Overall, great customer service. Highly recommend!
