Roma was friendly and relaxed as usual, even though we are all living through a stressful time.

I enjoyed my experience today, loved finally getting my hair cut after so long. It was a great environment which didn’t feel strange and I felt completely safe, being put at ease by Romma and the other stylists who were in. Thank you keep up the great work!

Great service and always listen to what you would like to achieve with your hair and I have always been given the best results possible. Would recommend anyone to try this salon - young, old, male or female, very diverse and welcoming for all :)

I love this salon. Nice stylist and really good atmosphere. Nothing is too difficult. Emma has saved my hair and given me confidence each time I see her. I came in with extremely damaged hair and now it’s shiny and healthy even though it’s dyed bright red. Definitely worth the effort.

Chloe is a great hairstylist. She listens to what you want and tells you what is possible. She always has a smile on her face and a warm personality.

I turned up at 10.25 for a 10.30 appointment. Fast forward 30 minutes and still waiting. Even worse no-one has been to see me to apologise for the delay. As a first time customer I had put a deposit down for a cut and blow dry and colour and would have been spending over 100 pounds. When I complained and asked to see Manager that was the first time I saw ***** who apologised and said she was running late as her clients had been late. They could have phoned to ask me to come in later, could have seen me within that 30 minutes wait but no nothing. Appalling service. Salon looks good but I will never go back.

Very welcoming and good service

I wanted to try a new length of hair today and was feeling apprehensive about chopping so much off. Emma’s excitement about it really helped me feel the same and my hair looks amazing. I’m so pleased. Emma also gave me a hair curling demonstration using the straighteners as I’ve struggled to do this myself. I even got to try it out in the shop. Thanks Emma. x

Romma has been colouring my hair for years. Always very happy with the end result. The salon is friendly and welcoming.

My visits to the salon is very therapeutic as everyone is so nice and friendly but most of all Emma is such a lovely person so professional and vigilant as she alerted me to a possible health issue to which when I followed this up Emma was correct to which again want to highlight her professionalism thanks again Emma

Emma was my wee life saver today, got my hair done at an other saloon and they totally made a dogs mess of it so phone up today and Emma was free and fixed my hair she's a wee gem ?

I had just came in after a bad experience with another hairdresser needing my hair fixed chloe took me in straight away and fixed it for mixed I’m so grateful it was such a pleasure thankyou so much you definitely made my birthday a better one

5.5 year old hair cut £19. Trim only. Took 5 minutes if that (no wash, style) just a trim.

Keira always does a great job of my hair and I always leave the salon loving my new look. All the girls in the salon are so lovely and welcoming, definitely best salon in Dunfermline!

Such a relaxing experience. End result is amazing as well. Can’t wait to be back in 8 weeks

Millie was great! My hairdresser was ill so couldn’t come in but Millie offered to fill in. She was great, really friendly and knowledgeable. I never know what i want done so she helped me come to a decision easily. All the girls at Bespoke we’re great helping out. Very attentive and a really great price!! Millie advised to get a special treatment as i was getting bleach put on my hair and it feels/looks amazing!! Loveeee my new hair - thanks Millie and the girls @ Bespoke Salon.

Found Chloe again to be patient and down to earth while dealing with my daughter, until Chloe she was terrified of hair cuts but today again she sat preoccupied and happy to sit while she had a lovely cut. As for my cut and wavy style I've never found anyone who genuinely listened and appreciated what idea I had about my hair until I came into Bespoke. She gave me a modern cut in a soft way that suited me. Absolutely love my haircut and daughter's. Very Happy!!

Excellent colour and good chat!

I have visited this salon 4 times now. The staff are absolutely nice. However, out of my 4 visits I have only had 1 haircut that was great. I have used 3 different hairstylists. After my great haircut I came in for a trim only to be told after cutting that to get the same haircut I would have to let it grow again. That made no sense. However, I thought I would try one more time. My last haircut has left me in tears. When I left the salon I couldn't help but cry. I wish the salon well but I won't be back. I am now looking for another salon to try and fix my hair. At this time of year it's very difficult.

As always nice and welcoming shop and staff. Romma is always chatty, friendly, listens and gives great hair advice. Always makes you feel very welcome.

The whole team oozed positivity, in the way they spoke, to the way I was treated. At this time of year when they are so busy it was nice to see.
Chloe was fabulous and really listened to what I wanted, as well as understanding that I might be nervous about my hair cut as I wanted a huge chop! I would definitely recommend the salon to anyone. This was my first visit to the salon and I was really impressed and felt right at home. Thank you.

Arrived in Bespoke with dead lifeless hair and after Keira worked her magic I left with healthy rejuvenated hair ❤️
