Bespoke Colour House in Dunfermline, Fife

Millie was great! My hairdresser was ill so couldn’t come in but Millie offered to fill in. She was great, really friendly and knowledgeable. I never know what i want done so she helped me come to a decision easily. All the girls at Bespoke we’re great helping out. Very attentive and a really great price!! Millie advised to get a special treatment as i was getting bleach put on my hair and it feels/looks amazing!! Loveeee my new hair - thanks Millie and the girls @ Bespoke Salon.

Found Chloe again to be patient and down to earth while dealing with my daughter, until Chloe she was terrified of hair cuts but today again she sat preoccupied and happy to sit while she had a lovely cut. As for my cut and wavy style I've never found anyone who genuinely listened and appreciated what idea I had about my hair until I came into Bespoke. She gave me a modern cut in a soft way that suited me. Absolutely love my haircut and daughter's. Very Happy!!

Excellent colour and good chat!

I have visited this salon 4 times now. The staff are absolutely nice. However, out of my 4 visits I have only had 1 haircut that was great. I have used 3 different hairstylists. After my great haircut I came in for a trim only to be told after cutting that to get the same haircut I would have to let it grow again. That made no sense. However, I thought I would try one more time. My last haircut has left me in tears. When I left the salon I couldn't help but cry. I wish the salon well but I won't be back. I am now looking for another salon to try and fix my hair. At this time of year it's very difficult.

As always nice and welcoming shop and staff. Romma is always chatty, friendly, listens and gives great hair advice. Always makes you feel very welcome.

The whole team oozed positivity, in the way they spoke, to the way I was treated. At this time of year when they are so busy it was nice to see.
Chloe was fabulous and really listened to what I wanted, as well as understanding that I might be nervous about my hair cut as I wanted a huge chop! I would definitely recommend the salon to anyone. This was my first visit to the salon and I was really impressed and felt right at home. Thank you.

Arrived in Bespoke with dead lifeless hair and after Keira worked her magic I left with healthy rejuvenated hair ❤️

I love coming to bespoke, from the decor to the style of the girls, its a really unique salo. Its so friendly and customer service is some of the best I've ever had and coming from retail/ customer service myself, I have high standards. The girls never disappoint and know exactly what you're looking for even if you can't describe it very well. Bespoke have been my salon for years now, and I'd never consider going anywhere else. Can't recommend highly enough.

My little girl went today to have her 3rd hair cut. First time at Bespoke. I can't recommend Chloe enough for cutting a 2 year old little girls hair. Out of the salons she has had her hair cut in and we are even talking a very well know city salon. Chloe actually interacted the most with my little girl. Making her feel like a proper little client and focused on speaking to her the most. Which is so important to make any little girl feel special. She loved it feeling like a big girl.

I had a lovely happy appointment with Roma this afternoon and left a very satisfied happy customer. Roma is always a joy to have doing my hair??

I was in a bit of a pickle having last minute surprise party and my hairdresser of nearly 20 years was booked solid. The bright colours and the almost clinically clean sleek design grabbed my attention as I walked passed so ducked in and made an appt for party day.
On the day, I wasn't waiting long at all before being introduced to my stylist for the day. I was taken to the station and offered a selection of hot and cold drinks (I took the latte) before getting started. My hair was done while chatting away to a really pleasant competent and confident young stylist. I can honestly (hand on heart) say that nearly every person I saw at the party commented on how lovely my hair was. They couldn't believe the transformation from my usual head of madness or tied up to a braided halo with structured curls. My style stayed in place for the whole night (I even wore the braids day after no problem).
My first experience of this shop and this stylist will not be my last (shhh! don't tell my regular girl). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you try this shop and or my stylist. This is definitely one new customer in the bag.
