Bespoke Colour House in Dunfermline, Fife

My appointment was booked for 2pm. I was greeted immediately on arrival at the salon and offered a refreshing cup of tea, coffee or water.
Cheryl popped out soon after. As always, she was smiling. chatty,bubbly and looked a million dollars.
Today I was having a conditioning treatment, an all over tidy up trim and blow dry. 45 mins later I left Bespoke feeling like a million dollar babe.
8 years since Cheryl started styling my hair. I highly recommend her ( & all of the staff at the salon ).
Keep on doing what you're doing everyone.

This is the first time I’ve reviewed a hair salon. I’ve never felt compelled! Today changed that. From the minute I walked through the door, I was warmly welcomed. Throw in a fantastic, fun, rainbow coloured interior, amazing coffee (x2!) a bowl of (best ever) popcorn, cocktail glass filled with retro sweets ! Then there was the actual app ! My stylist, Lauren, was excellent! Very knowledgeable, amazing stylist and we had a great chat too ! Cheryl, the manager came over to welcome me to the salon too, a really lovely touch. All in all, a wonderful experience. Every member of staff goes above and beyond. Really nice Sebastian products. Oh and I also love my new hair too ! Can’t wait to come again !

Lauren is great! She takes care, making sure I know what I've asked for or what she's recommended. Very comfortable during every appointment and very friendly! Wouldn't recommend anyone else!

I absolutely love a visit to bespoke, and put my full trust into Kenzie in whatever she feels my hair needs. I always come away feeling great. Products and techniques are always explained.

All the staff members I’ve come into contact with are always super happy, polite and professional.

The salon itself is just super cute and fun, always lots of fun things to get involved in, spinning prize wheel, colouring in sheets, lovely teas and coffees to choose from as well as complimentary popcorn.

My favourite area is the wash room, I could honestly fall asleep in there every visit.

Would highly recommend to anyone.

I LOVE coming to Bespoke for my hair appointments. Kenzie is so talented at her cuts , and most importantly she is so welcoming and friendly.! She lets you relax into the pamper and enjoyment of the service. For me , having a a lovely gentle soul, who doesn’t mind when I sit quietly (ish) and enjoy the process is amazing . I cannot recommend this salon highly enough. It has a ‘family feel’ around it . And always a banging treatment and cut.

Took my 10yr old daughter to get a haircut into a new style today, we explained what we had in mind and Lucy made a suggestion to add to the hairstyle and it turned out fantastic, my daughter loves it and keeps on looking at herself in the mirror. Lucy is amazing as always.

Lauren has done an excellent job with blonde hair. When I went to Lauren I had banding which was removed and I advised I didn’t want a harsh blonde look Lauren listened and I love how natural my colour looks ❤️
