I had such a wonderful experience with Chloe. I hadn’t had my hair cut professionally in years after a series of haircuts I wasn’t keen on and the pandemic. Chloe really listened and cared about what I wanted. Safe to say I’m a hair person now!

Another fabulous cut and colour with Lucy. Everyone in the salon is so professional, welcoming and helpful.

I’ve already posted a review on Google from the first time I visited Mackenzie at the salon so I’m using this as a slightly updated review having visited again yesterday. I gave Mackenzie a challenging task of styling and curling my hair at 12:15 so it would last the whole night for a Christmas party I was going to. My hair NEVER holds a curl. I went to a different salon last year before I had found Mackenzie at Bespoke and they promised me that all they did would mean my curls would stay in..4hours later and they were out so I had to re-curl my hair before the party. Well..here I am at 9:10 the next morning and my hair is still beautifully curly!! I am over the moon! Thanks so so much Mackenzie! She even showed me exactly how to use a round brush to get bangs. Nothing is ever too much for her and we always have the best chats too! Won’t go anywhere else now and will highly recommend to everyone.

I have both Kenzie and Lucy as hair stylists and they are the most loveliest welcoming people, great at their job and very attentive. The salon has a great vibe and you instantly feel relaxed as soon as you walk through the door.
I only wish I had found this salon sooner! 10/10

As always, Chloe was absolutely fantastic! She really listened to me, and took the time to chat about what is right for my specific hair type and lifestyle. Chloe’s passion for her job and the salon really shines through! She’s also such a lovely person and I always enjoy catching up with her when I visit.

The salon itself has such a lovely atmosphere; every staff member I spoke to was so friendly and welcoming (not always the case in hair salons!) You can see every client is having a great experience and leaves looking and feeling incredible!

Graham washed my hair and was wonderful. Gentle massage and so relaxing. Lucy is an expert, literally, at cutting curly hair. Listens to what I want and offers fabulous advice. A bit more expensive than my past hairdresser but worth it. Its not a haircut, it's an experience.

Love having my hair styled by Cheryl. She is so dedicated to her work/ colleagues that she arrived at work having just been injured in a car accident. She was in pain with severe whiplash injuries to her neck, back and ribs. I ll be very surprised if she is well enough to work Fri 2 Dec as she'll be in worse discomfort on days 2 and 3. What a trooper.

It's been a very long time since I've been in an actual salon but Lucy made me feel relaxed so I was able to put complete trust in her. I love my new hair, loved our wee chats and loved the atmosphere. I can't wait to come back and bring my daughter for her first salon experience ?

I have been coming to the salon for a few years now and always have a great experience. Cheryl is amazing at was she does, is always a great listener and makes me feel good even on the odd days I've been feeling rubbish before my appointment. I trust her with my hair and usually tell her to do what it needs to look it healthiest and best. Over the years my collection of products I have at home from the salon has grown based on the advice Cheryl has provided to help continue the best results.
Over the years, I have also had dealings with Millie, Kenzie and Graham, whether it be at the backwash, reception or on the phone. All three have always remembered previous chats we've had, make a point of asking how I am doing and also do a great job.
In general everyone in salon is friendly and very welcoming and there's not one member of staff I have not had a smile from.
I enjoy my days at the salon :)

I can't fault the service I had one bit!!
First the salon is clean, fun and welcoming. Staff all have smiles on their faces and its a calm atmosphere. The service I needed was not an easy job, a full on colour correction due to a homemade mess on my head. I left the salon with perfect hair, in beautiful condition and styled in the most gorgeous curls. I was explained precisely what I needed and it was exactly what my hair needed to give me confidence again. I can not wait to return!!

Lucy is very talented. I have been to several high end salons over the years and I am very impressed at how quickly Lucy understood my hair and knew exactly what to do to achieve the best results for my hair. Its by far the best it’s been in for a long time! Lucy Is friendly and takes pride in her work and this comes across through her treatment from start to finish. I’m glad I started coming to Bespoke, the vibe is great, friendly and welcoming!

I am a bit of a nervous customer, Lauren reassured me that she would do my colouring gradually, I was pleased with result and looking forward to next time when I get a bit more. My hair feels great, and looking forward to using the new hair products I purchased from the salon.

It was my first time ever getting my hair done here and I absolutely loved it! Lauren was fantastic! And she made a fantastic job! Never had such a big smile on my face in a long time! Such a lovely girl and the care she took with my hair was unreal! Definitely will be back! And also the young boy that wash my hair! Omg amazing! Forgot where I was lol! Definitely 10-10 fantastic hairdresser and I would definitely recommend too friends without a doubt! And the other thing I loved was that with it being my first time, the manager came and seen me before I left and ask if everything was ok and I was happy with the cut! I love Bespoke! The salon is very welcoming and there are some lovely touches such as popcorn and magazines you can get on your phone.
My cut and colour is always amazing & Keira takes time to discuss what I would like & gives options for styling to finish.
Would highly recommend.

It's probably 4 years now since I started coming to Bespoke when me moved to Dunfermline. In fairness it is more than I would have paid for a men's haircut before, but I am so glad I found it. They look after my crazy curls so well and it's just all-round a genuinely friendly, cheerful, relaxing place. Thank you!

After a consultation with the owner who advised me on my transition to grey, I booked an appointment and took the plunge! As soon as I met Cheryl I knew I was in good hands. She was enthusiastic, listened to me, gave her advice to slowly go lighter (my hair is black with stark white hair coming in) so that I can slowly transition to hopefully just grey without the speckled black and white look.
She thoroughly went through the process and was absolutely lovely to talk to and she so made me laugh ☺️ I didn’t realise the time passing, almost 4 hours! They were closing when Cheryl finished my hair and not for one minute did she rush. She was expertly professional and I left with a big warm smile. My hair looked and felt great, shame I wasn’t going anywhere that night!
I have made another appointment for the next part of my hair journey.
I thoroughly recommend this salon.
