Bespoke Colour House in Dunfermline, Fife

Delighted with my cut & blow dry with conditioning treatment.
Cheryl is an absolute trooper working until 2 weeks before her first baby is due.
Been a customer of Bespoke for over 6 years now. No plans to change salons or stylist. ???

Absolutely love my cut and colour as usual. Always great service and I'm never disappointed.

Everyone was friendly, salon clean, tidy and covid precautions in place.
Cheryl listened and took on board my idea and understood my hair from consultation but rechecked before we started.
Colour went from a brown to mermaid/northern lights inspired colours and uneven, unshaped hair style.
She was friendly, easy to talk to during the appointment and did a fabulous job on my hair not only with the colour but also the cut and style. Cheryl took the time to encourage my curls and stopped before it started to frizz rather than just opting for the straighteners.
Extremely happy with the result and will be returning to maintain the colour and cut?

Unfortunately during my last visit I had a less than ideal experience at Bespoke, you may see from my records, I come for my hair at least once a month and been a regular and loyal customer for over a year. I have bought my daughter as well few times because of my trust in the place and always had positive experience with Chloe who usually does my hair .I normally pay £32 for cut and blow dry but today I was told to pay £8 extra for my long hair at the till. I feel I should have been informed before hand or when I had booked the appointment about the extra charge for long hair. The numerous times I had been to the salon the length of the hair was never mentioned , I don’t mind paying the amount but I would have liked better communication and not getting an unpleasant surprise at the till. I stay in Duloch,I prefer to come to your place because of the general vibe and your standard of work and friendliness of staff, like Chloe, but today it was a bit of let down. I normally not one to write any negative review but I just want to convey how I felt today.

Had the amazing Chloe doing my hair again today, made me feel great and my hair even better. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

Amy did a great cut, taking her time and checking with me that she was doing what I wanted. The colour is lovely and rich.
The only negative was that the finishing wax was too heavy and far too much of it for my very fine hair which was a shame because it was a lovely blow dry.
I would definitely use her again and recommend her to friends though.

This is about my 4th visit. Such a great experience from start to finish. Lovely calming vibe and experience from the consultation through colouring and onto the washroom..oh the washroom is fabulous! Comfy chairs, time for a quick nap while having your hair treated and washed. Lovely cut and blow dry, never felt it was rushed at anytime and it was all about me! Keira did exactly what I wanted and advised me at the start what she would do and at the end made sure I was happy. Perfect!!

Lucy was so good gave me lots of advice as I was unsure what I wanted, I only got a cut this time but wanted advice on my colour and I feel completely confident and comfortable with what she is going to do next time with my colour.

Service is always of an elite level at Bespoke and this was no different. Cheryl answered all my questions, was friendly and accommodating whilst being extremely professional. The end result was far better than I could have even imagined, which was a shock considering the precedence Bespoke and Cheryl have previously set. Good Stylists are like good Doctors, when you find one, you stick with the so I don't intend to look elsewhere other than Bespoke for my hair maintenance.

As usual Cheryl was friendly helpful and cheery. She is an excellent hairdresser.

My son has only ever had his hair cropped by barbers but during lockdown he grew it long. Chloe gave him a proper style and although he was super anxious about it Chloe made his first experience just perfect. In his words ‘it’s actually a perfect cut better than I expected!’

I came into the salon with a few ideas. Romma advised the best cut to compliment my face shape. The result…a very satisfied client! Also had bleach colour which was slightly brassy, Romma touched up my roots and overlapped my colour to ensure I was left with no band of colour from the previous visit! Thanks so much for working your magic!!

Lucy gave me a fantastic consultation and was super knowledgable, I thought my hair was unfixable! My hair needed some fixing as had various shades of hideous brassy blonde tones and dark roots. Lucy really thought about condition, maintenance etc. End result is a fantastic, creamy cool blonde shade! As expected great service from this salon, I previously used Cheryl and loved how she did my hair, after a near 2yr break from salon I returned to find it’s as good as ever! I’m new to Lucy and definitely returning to her so can maintain the amazing work she done! Great experience and lovely girl / staff overall. Ps I love the new chill room where basins are….so relaxing looking up at the thinking ceiling!
