I look forward to getting my hair done every time...whether it's just my usual cut or my wacky colours getting put in my hair....I always love it ....superb salon Superb team superb experience ❤❤

What can I say? It was fabulous to be back at Innovate, and to have the amazing Katie work her magic on my lockdown frizz. When you have a stylist that you trust completely, that listens to what you want, and delivers 100% of the time, to be able to go back after so many months and leave your hair in their hands, it was a wonderful relaxing break from the madness. The salon was spotless (although it usually is anyway), and although we were all wearing masks, we still managed to catch up and have a great giggle. I would recommend Innovate any day of the week!

Just visited the salon for post lockdown appointment. Delighted with my haircut. The salon was lovely and cool and so nice to be back in the lovely, friendly environment. Lynsey was excellent as usual. :-).

I am so pleased with my haircut, it looks absolutely brilliant. I really appreciate the fact that Katiya was so patient with me. Thank you Katiya for making me feel human again. Innovate staff go to lots of trouble to make customers feel welcome.

Super service, amazing colour.

First hair appointment since lockdown and it was desperately needed! Kate did an amazing job completely changing the colour of my hair and spending extra time and care with the styling and cutting at the end. The salon was spotless (as always) and I absolutely love my new lighter colour! Thank you so much.

Great experience from beginning to end. Felt safe and well looked after. Simone listened to what I wanted and gave me a brilliant cut. Very happy.

Extremely pleased with my hair, Lucy is a really lovely person and very professional, she always listens to what it is I want. She is very thorough. Good job well done!

Fantastic as always. Lynsey is very very good at what she does and is incredibly knowledgeable and honest if you need advice about colour.

Simone did a great job of my cut and colour , felt very safe with their safety set up for Covid 19 too and us all wearing masks at all times . Was so good to be getting it all done again . Great job as always from the girls at innovate , such a nice cosy place with a nice team of ladies .

Very well organised and I felt safe. As usual friendly service ?

I felt very safe, everyone wearing masks and socially distanced.
Was in for nearly 3 hours because everyone's hair needing so much work but Alisons daughter very chatty and passed time when washing colour out my hair.
My only small niggle is I had a rain jacket on due to Scottish weather and didn't realise I could not hang up now so had to sit it on floor where quite a bit of loose hair was about. Can customers hang their jackets up themselves?
But otherwise great hair cut and colour by Wendy as always. Thanks.

I was so pleased to be going to Innovate for my first appointment since Covid.The salon was immaculate and every hygiene regulation adhered to.Lucy was excellent as usual and i felt comfortable throughout my visit, next appointment already booked !!

It was a whole new experience but worked out well. Odd having a haircut with a mask on, can't say it's enjoyable, but necessary. Lynsey just worked with the new arrangements, very camly and put customer at ease. Haircut great as always.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. This was my first outing since lockdown and it was very reassuring to have great social distancing measures in place. I felt very safe.

Was good to get a proper haircut after my homemade attempts. Wendy is always chirpy and a good laugh, even with me being the last customer of a 12hr shift.

I have been so excited since getting my appointment made about going back to Innovate!! Alison and the team have made every effort to ensure that their guests feel safe, secure and still pampered as soon as they set foot in the door to the moment I left. They gave plenty info in advance of what they were doing to keep us and the team safe and what efforts I needed to make. The care, attention and friendliness hasn’t changed at all and you could see the smiles from behind the masks. Best of all I left feeling a new woman, swish swishing of my newly chopped, shiny hair - thank you Kate!! xx

Had my hair appointment this morning and I was a bit apprehensive. However the information I received ahead of my appointment and the service and safeguards in place in the salon meant I had the best experience. Not only do I have a lovely, fresh hairstyle, this visit has helped my confidence stepping further into post lockdown life.

Lynsey is amazing at her profession and listens to what you want.

I used to use normal barber's for my hair but now much prefer a cut from a professional stylist so I use Wendy at Innovate and have been for some time now. The salon is ideally suited for me being just a few minutes walk from home, its bright & clean and has a good relaxed atmosphere. The Girls are attentive and friendly and I very much enjoy the banter I have with Wendy during my session. It is obviously a salon that works well and is run well and is a credit to the owner/Manager, Alison.

Ashleigh always gives me excellent service. She has gotten to know me as a person, what I like for my hair and has advised when she thought an idea wouldn't work which is why I keep coming back to her over the years she has been my hairdresser.

Visited with my step daughter at weekend for her to get her ears done. Although a little nervous Katiya Watson was amazing giving her time to think through what earrings ect. Explaining it all step by step. Amazing experience and very patient and thoughtful through out defo recommend. I must say despite what is going on the world the atmosphere was relaxed content and was not impacted at all
