Lucy was excellent. Very friendly advised me best on what to do with colouring and explained everything. Very easy person to speak to. Have already booked another appointment and would certainly recommend her x

This was my first visit here. Staff were friendly and the salon was welcoming. I however noticed a very strong smell of nail products which was a little uncomfortable. I was happy with my haircut so all good. Not much finishing products were used (in comparison to my usual hairdressors) at the end but not a problem.

Had been with my previous hairdresser for many many years so was a bjg deal to try somewhere new. I felt totally at ease in salon. Katiya was great. She Helped me decide what would best suit me. I will defiantly be back. Great atmosphere.

Can't remember the girls name but she was so nice to ma daughter and done a very good job made my daughter fell like a wee princess n took very good care with her hair will be going back again and even don't cost that much will be recommending to anyone full stars

My first visit to Innovate. Both girls were very friendly and welcoming. Ashleigh is a very skilled hairdresser. Very pleased with my haircut. Will definitely be back.

It was for her birthday to get her hair and nails but she was shy and nervous! Both girls were brilliant with her and she even said herself how lovely they had been to her when we got home! Great salon highly recommended ???? thank you again girls

I was recommended innovate by my mum after moving back to the area and so glad I went! Lynsey was really great at listening to what I wanted/how I wanted my hair and gave me info I wanted regarding potentially getting highlights at a later date. I had a warm welcome, cuppa and a great head scrub during my hair wash too! Overall, lovely experience and will be back to see Lynsey again! You definitely get what you pay for in the best way!

The worst hair cut I have ever had. Layers were put in with thinning scissors, leaving a clear line about an inch from the length of my hair. The other inch was a thin layer of hair. Looked awful and had to go to another hairdresser to fix this mistake (they were shocked by the cut). My hair is now much shorter than I would have liked.
Felt uncomfortable during the cut with some of the stories being told were very inappropriate.

Wasn’t told the gentleman’s name when he sat me at the section,(found it out from Facebook)wasn’t offered a drink..showed him a picture of the style I wanted said it couldn’t have been done like that but I have had it done like that before somewhere else,not much conversation.. over all poor customer service. May have over 30 years experience but needs modernized with training.

I’ve just moved to Dunfermline and so happy with my NEW hair salon. As an international teacher on ‘all things hairy’ Martins results speak for themselves.

I had an excellent experience at innovate. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Lynsey was brilliant: she talked me through the process to get my hair to the style/look I wanted and I am thrilled with the final result. I will be back and I would definitely recommend this salon.

A year into her employment as trainee stylist. Lucy was excellent. She completed the full journey. Was and blow dry. Tea. Then experimented with curling my hair and putting it up. Lovely job indeed. Made more appointments with her. All other staff were welcoming and friendly. Nice first time visit for me... Great not to hsve loud music on... Light background music low emough to have a conversation without shouting. Thanks a million

Really pleased with my hair, Lynsey did a great job and made me feel at ease. She really wanted me to be happy with my hair and kept checking throughout my appointment that everything was okay.

Visited innovate yesterday for the first time for a cut and update on my colour which I hadn’t been happy with for some time. Wendy was my stylist and she took the time to listen to what I wanted and to make suggestions of things I might like . I felt consulted every step of the way and am absolutely delighted with the result for the first time in a long time. The salon was very friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone .

I absolutely adore my hair, it’s really lightened up in some places which looks amazing and I can’t wait for my next colour.
