Excellent service always from Helena and her staff. Great atmosphere in salon and always very welcoming. Helena and her staff are very attentive, friendly and hard working. All aspects of their services are professional and all precautions are taken to ensure clients feel comfortable and safe during these challenging times with covid. I have always found Helena and her team helpful and they have always replied to any messages I have left. I would highly recommend Concept Hair and Beauty.
Senior stylist cut my hair which other stylist who coloured my hair noticed was not straight and had to fix it. Also was told I could only get bleach in my hair to highlight it and not lighter blonds as my hair was too dark. My new hairdresser didn't have that problem and I was able to pick what colour of blond I wanted.
This was my first time at the salon and I found it very pleasant. I had a pedicure and would recommend this treatment.
I really liked my hair. The woman that done it was very easy to have a conversation with and I enjoyed my time.
Mg experience at Concept today was exceptional with high quality results. The staff were very lovely and helpful. I will definitely be returning.

Went today for a cut and style. Very welcoming, great staff definately be back.
I was booked in for a blow dry, unfortunately Natalie had called in sick so I got a call to re arrange my appointment. It was Nicola who had called me to reschedule. My appointment was originally booked for 6.15pm. The only time I could do was half 5, Nicola kindly fitted me in. She done my blow dry gorgeous and although she finished her work at 6pm she didn't end up finishing till 6.30pm. She took the time to do my hair and wasn't rushing it and she was still smiling at the end of her shift. Thank you Nicola x

Today was my fifth visit to the salon, having already had two pedicures, a manicure and a hair cut. Was in today to have my nails done by Ruby, who has looked after me on three previous occasions. Had an amazing massage yesterday by Ruby, went in with the most painful back due to the knots in my shoulders. Felt so relaxed coming out the salon. Really enjoyed it.
Hannah cut my daughters hair today. My daughter has very long, thick hair. Hannah made a brilliant job of cutting her hair, we were both really pleased with the cut. She also took extra time to style her hair.

Had my long bobbed hair cut today by Helen, decided to go for something completely different.....and I love it.
On arrival at salon I was asked did I have any issues with my head or scalp, I was offered a head and shoulder massage, then a choice of beveredges. So impressed with the cut I was given and recommendations for my next cut. Next appointment already made with Helen. 10/10
Really happy with my hair and the ladies managed to juggle me and my two wee girls brilliantly.
I love going here to get my hair cut. I love all the little touches like heated eye mask, head massage and lovely coffee. It's not just a hair hit it's a chance to unwind and relax too.
