Concept is a fantastic beauty Salon, offering a variety of treatments. Friendly and attentive staff, who make my visits relaxing, and totally enjoyable each time I visit Concept. Shandon did my hair in an updo for my Christmas party and it was fabulous! I got lots of compliments on it and, despite bouncing about on the dance floor all night,my hair stayed intact and still looked great at 1am!! Highly recommended ????

Can't fault my 7 year old daughters hair cut . Even though the girl had her hands full as my daughter had very long, curly un manageable hair she still done an excellent job.

I have always found Zoe to be polite, professional and a competent stylist I enjoyed my experience at concept today, as always salon though is too noisy with other stylists chewing gum which looks awful Regards Stella
I got my hair cut with Shannon on Monday, it was the first time she had cut my hair before and she made me feel at ease. I got a good few inches off which wasn't like me...but I instantly trusted her to give me the chop. Very nice hair wash with head/shoulder massage and the whole experience is a joy. I've been into the salon many times now and never disappointed.

At my recent visit I jad a shampoo, head massage and blow dry with the very lovely Shannon who knows exactly how I like my hair done. Eyebrow wax and tint with Twiggy ( Haley) the nicest nail and beauty therapist ever. All soul food served up by Helena's fab Team in such a welcoming relaxed atmosphere x

I booked an appointment to get my hair and make up done for a Christmas night out was really pleased with what the girls did, lovely salon , great staff always chatty and made to feel welcome can't fault the service at all.

I visited the salon on Wednesday 30th November for an appointment with Ruby left feeling absolutely amazing!! Concept definitely have an amazing employee when it comes to Ruby, she is an asset to the salon and I will continue to recommend her!! Have had a few issues with the salon but this will not stop me recommending.
I had my nails done by Louise this morning then my hair done by Heather, been to many salons and love this one. Girls are friendly and give a great service and love love love my new hair and nails. X
I've been coming to this salon since it first opened so that says it all lovely staff Sarah gives good advice when I fancy a changed of style and shows me different ways I can style my hair at home. Always get a warm welcome offering refreshments on arrival love the complimentary head and shoulder massage so relaxing.

Have been visiting Concept for a good few years now. Everyone is so lovely and friendly and can't do enough for you. The service you get is second to none. I always leave feeling relaxed and with a smile on my face. I adore Helena and she knows just what I like with my hair. She creates a cheery, welcoming atmosphere. My husband also uses the salon and loves it too!! Can't recommend enough.

My appointment was with heather today for a cut and style absolutely love my hair. I was a little nervous as I wanted more than usual off my hair heather made me feel relaxed. Always have a fantastic experience when in the salon thank you x
Over priced, hardly any hair cut off, lt side long over ear rt side was shorter asked for it to be levelled off. Hairdresser knew I was wanting to grow, rt side ok but now left side shorter. Grey hair already showing after 1 week. £88.50 cost rip off
sorry cant recall the girls name..she put my hair in a lovely pin up for a 40th looked great and stayed in til this morning..see u back on 16th dec for same again
