I have been attending Concept for a few years now to be fitted for wigs, Helena is always honest and if it looks awful we can have a giggle and order other ones. Helena cuts my wigs to suit my face and has let me experiment with colours and styles I would 100% recommend Concept.

Excellent service with clear professional advice from my hair stylist Zoe. In my experience stylists appear to listens to what I am trying to describe I want but often subtly impose their style. Zoe listens to my requests and clarifies where needed. She also introduced me to a new colour and facilitated salon and home use for special occasions.
