Ann Marie was impressively professional. She spent a lot of time with me discussing every step, and advising me on products and styling! She also gave me an amazing head massage! Such a perfectionist and I appreciate that. So welcome and friendly also. It was a lovely salon experience

Sara is the BEST hairdresser iv ever had. I wish I had met her years ago. She is so thorough and conscientious in everything she does. She listens to me and gets it EXACTLY right every time. Sara is very knowledgeable and up to date with current trends and products.
Her salon is immaculate and her staff are obviously carefully selected as everyone gets on really well with each other. The reception staff are so nice and helpful. The atmosphere is light hearted but professional. It's a modern salon, plays great music and has a lovely low key atmosphere. I am always made to feel very welcome and relaxed.
I think every customer will always appreciate the lovely served hot drinks. They come with a gorgeous piece of caramel shortcake topped with a dusting of icing sugar!!
Sara has a very nice personality. She's a natural 'people person' and she makes me laugh.

As always friendly atmosphere when I first walked in Nicole did what she does best and coloured my hair always asking if I wanted a refreshment where then I had my hair washed by Rachael who did a really good job and I felt relaxed then Casey dried and straightened my hair and left it feeling and looking amazing
