Lovely trim from Ashley this morning. Blow dried with a wave which was very nice and gave my hair a new look. You are always made to feel welcome and relaxed in Byron Hair Salon.

Rebecca has wrought a miracle. I went from the wild woman of Borneo to Jennifer Aniston's older sister. Sleek, face framing layers, wonderful. Next time, in March, I'll be having "lights" and a refresh cut. Can't wait.
Not too happy about the advance fees as a "new" customer despite attending for over three years but such is life. It'll be like having a windfall on the lottery when I get it back.

Rebecca cut my hair before Christmas and I loved it, today she transformed a box dyed, uneven toned almost black hair into a natural multi tonal lighter shade whilst maintaining the health and condition of my hair. I LOVE it. Thank you Rebecca, can't recommend you enough. She talked each process through with me and ensured that I had realistic expectations for the end result.

From the minute I walked into the salon I was felt to made welcome by the friendly receptionist & my stylist. Stylist chatted & discussed my hair. Very happy with result. Rebecca was able to understand my vaugeness in regards to the style I feel comfortable with.

A very relaxing experience in a friendly atmosphere. The staff are always welcoming and helpful.

Every time I walk into this salon , I instantly feel the stresses of the day disappear, the staff team are incredibly welcoming and with such a relaxed vibe , it’s the perfect combination for some ‘me’ time . Ashley is amazing, she clearly loves what she does and that really comes across which gives me complete confidence too, I completely see and feel the difference in the condition of my hair since coming to this salon for the first time almost a year and would highly recommend.

Ashley is very attentive, understanding and knowledgeable.
It’s good to have someone that listens to what you want and checks in with you.

Ronnie as always made me feel the centre of the world, listening to me with avid attention. I always feel pampered after my salon visit and confident that my hair has been expertly cut making it so much simpler for me to style until my next visit. The salon ambience is relaxed although there are many stylists attending to their clients in the same space. The environment is is spotless and continually kept clean and tidy. You look forward to your visit and leave feeling as happy as it is possible to be.

A very knowledgeable young lady who exudes so much passion and enthusiasm for styling and cutting people's hair. Well done Anna. You're amazing.

Full colour consultation with Ashley…Ashley had noticed my hair in the sunshine when I arrived and compared it to when I was sitting in the salon. She then considered the last few colours I’d had, made suggestions then we decided what was right for today. She also recommended the best treatment for my hair. It looks and feels great.
Alix completed the treatment and all of the washing etc of my hair. I hadn’t met Alix before but I’m pleased to say she was lovely. She made conversation, explained what she was doing and why, what needed done next and even said she’d remind me where I needed to go when I left the salon because I thought I’d forget😂 A lovely girl who appears to take pride in her job and care about the customers.
Ronnie cut my hair… can I say? Fab-u-lous! Always leave feeling great.

I love coming in to your very comfortable salon, but I especially live the way Ashley does my hair. The style is so easy to care for and I'm very happy with the way she has slightly changed it from a style I'd been wearing for almost 24 years!

Welcoming and warm. Not just a haircut but a real treat. Atmosphere. Advice on hair care. Head massage and all.

I was a little nervous as it was the first time Rebecca cut and coloured my hair but she was brilliant throughout and both my cut and colour are fantastic, better than I imagined. Rebecca put me at ease and totally got what I was looking for. She gave me lots of styling tips and I can’t wait for my next appointment.
