I was really happy with my haircut and colour. As always everyone was so helpful and friendly. Always enjoy my time in the salon.

Having been having my hair looked after for a lot of years I can honestly say they I have never had anything other than a first class experience from the minute I go through the door to the moment I leave. I always look forward to being pampered and well taken care of at Byron’s.

What a legend Ronnie is! He is able to hear exactly what you want for a cut and blow dry and he can deliver the style while chatting about great topics. Great high standards for customer service!

From start to finish it’s a relaxing and personal service. Great quality finish and value for money. Always welcoming atmosphere and I look forward to my next appointment.

Another great visit to Byron. I’m a regular & Ronnie has been cutting my hair for many years. He always takes time to discuss what I like/want changed with my hair. Also gives great tips on products & how to style my hair myself. Thanks Ronnie ????

Annie did an amazing job, my hair has always been quite dull and boring - i can happily say i walked out the salon feeling like a new person. The change is amazing, looks fresh, shiny and overall stylish. I was really impressed with her skills and ability to take advice from a senior stylist and apply it to her work. I would definitely come back again and recommend to family and friends.

Have been going to Anne for years now for my haircut. Cannot fault her, feels like a catch up with a friend you haven't seen for a while and always get complements when my hair is freshly cut! Wouldn't go to anyone else.

As always Ashley gave a great haircut and sorted my hair out. Julia arranged my appointment and gave great personal service to all of the clients . Ronnie was welcoming and always takes the time with others clients. Left the salon looking and feeling much better! Thank you ?

Great colour by Ashley where she isolated pieces to give a lovely summer multi tonal effect followed by a chic haircut by Ronnie. Looked after well by Annabelle who pampered me with conditioning treatment.

Ashley always welcomes me into the salon. The we have a discussion on my haircut today. Ashley gives me good advice on my hair style and huw much she should cut off today.

I have had my hair cut at Byron for many years. Anne is an excellent stylist, she knows me and my hair well. I had chemotherapy a number of years ago and lost my hair, when it started to grow back wispy it needed all shaved off, Anne arranged to see me when the salon was quiet and refused to take payment. The care & consideration of my privacy and dignity that day is something I will never forget and why I’ll never go elsewhere.
The salon staff are always welcoming and friendly, I’ve never had the ‘hard sell’ of products that I’ve experienced in other salons but have had great suggestions when I’ve asked.
Excellent drinks menu & complimentary head massage are the finishing touches to a wonderful salon.

I always enjoy my experience at Byron. Everyone is very professional and friendly. I love Ronnie cutting and styling my hair I never have any complaints.

I have just had my hair done by Ronnie and, as ever, I’m delighted with the result. I’ve been one of his clients for at least 14 years, and the thing that is so special about him is that he really wants you to be happy with your hair. He’s not a stylist who gives you what They want, he listens carefully to what you want; how much time you realistically have to style your hair before work; so you can recreate the look at home. Ronnie spends time to explain and teach me how to dry and style it for myself. You can really tell that he and his team are passionate about giving the customer a great experience: this is what makes his business thrive, and what is unique to Byron’s!

They say that the relationship you have with your hairdresser ranks jn the top 3 next to family and medical staff. Not sure about that but I certainly always feel that Ashley listens to me and she gives great advice as she knows my hair. I know that the cut will be first class everytime. Apart from that, the banter is good too . What's not to love?

Enjoyable relaxing as it always is, staff always spend time talking to you to ensure you are getting what is best for you with invaluable tips etc .

Again another amazing visit!!the minute you walk in its a total vibe....the only time my hair looks fabulous is after I leave here...Ashley always works her magic and love a wee movie chat with Annabel,just a little bit of me time and a much needed boost.always a pleasure.i get to strut up the hill with my curls swinging in the wind...until next time you amazing bunch ? thanks again....
